Thanks for all your replies, everyone. Keep them coming! @teewahh What was the name of the software? If you mean blogger, wordpress, clickbank or amazon, those are free to signup for (or download in the case of self-hosted wordpress blogs). |
So far what I've done has been in Blender. I am a beginner so I still have a lot learn!

What do you think about the quality of Nigerian movies compared to American movies and the like? Do you enjoy them? Do you think they should stay as they are or aim at becoming more like the Western movies? |
Photoshop. |
When I visit blogs, I almost always see American or European authors and hardly any African ones, particularly Nigerians. I am just curious as to whether Nigerians are into blogging. If so, how seriously would you take it i.e. investing in building a Wordpress blog vs. signing up on Tumblr, getting hosting and a domain, etc. Or do you find posting on forums enough to satisfy your need to say something on the web. What about personal blogging? Do you do that? |
Thanks for sharing, OP. To everyone: It's important to remember that building up a popular blog that earns a lot of money takes work and commitment. Forgetting that can leave you discouraged really quickly because after a week you will think "Where are all the visitors? Where is all the money?" There's also the need to consider the server side of your blog once it starts getting a lot of traffic, as well as monitoring it for spammers and hackers. A successful blogger that is making money off of their blog will treat their blog as their business and give it the dedication it requires. |
The internet is your friend on this. There is so much you can learn for free if you are willing to put in the time to go through the tutorials. There are things on youtube if you prefer to work with a video tutorial, but there are also "tutorial networks" and lists like http://psd.tutsplus.com/ and http://coding.smashingmagazine.com/ that make the work of finding good tutorials very easy. |

I wonder the same, but I have also wondered how they make arrangements and complete a burial so quickly in other cases. In the times where it takes a while for people to be buried, perhaps it has to do with wanting to extend their memory a little longer by being able to report their burial a while after they have died. |
Interesting. |
It might be harder, but not necessarily too late. I have heard of people much older going back to school. |
If it were me, I would be saving money so that after leaving (because I would leave) I could have something to hold my while I look for a new job or start my new business. As annoying as the job may be, it probably doesn't hurt as much as an empty stomach and a rock for a pillow. |
Maybe partly because they don't feel the need to have impressive figures anymore, |
Nope. |
he should open his mouth and talk!I agree with that. It's just better that way. |
Teachers help a lot in the learning process. If they don't inspire their students to learn, it will be that much harder for the students to care about what is going on. Of course, the students have to do their part and put in hard work and effort to learn. Good teachers + good students = better education (no matter what country you are in). |
this tithe issue is a very serious 1 in which most Nigerian pastors have so much brainwashed their followers and have turned them into money mintin machines & ATMs. Why wont any1 of these people make research abt wat their pastors tel them, they only hear things from d pastors and bilieve them hook linen & sinker & @ each tym they quote d so called Malaki verse 2 scare evry1 & pple begin 2 shiver. Pick up your bible, make researches as per who 2 pay tithe, who is Eligible 2 collect tithe & of wat use r d tins collected as tithes! This r d question i want us 2 make researches on & dnt let us be deceived by wat they say. Peace out!!!!!What he/she said. |
Hmm, beans have never really been a problem for me. But thanks for sharing! |
Like others have said, if you are going to do it, do it better than the competition. Then your service will be in demand. Starting off small and growing, instead of jumping right in big and risking a big crash, can help with that. |
