One thing is clear, Boko haram may have been technically defeated by APC propaganda and Buhari body odour, Niger delta avengers can not be defeated by propaganda.

The Nigerian army and APC has really used propaganda to decimate and defeat boko haram technically. But with unreported news of death of scores of Nigerian soldiers and news coming coming from Shekau's camp such as this, Boko haram is still a formidable group and it will take more than propaganda and Buhari's body odour to defeat them.
