Jokes EtcRe: What Could've Made This Man Look Like This? by BrightEye(m): 4:53pm On Oct 05, 2016
the man probably went to a party ( look at that flower on his chest) and was drunk to the extent of loosing control and vomiting. They poured him some water and was just getting better when the pic was taken .

cuvox:
how can I like myself when I don't have money...?
a lot of people have money, but they don't like themselves..
life is funny at times, isn't it?
RomanceRe: Quick Question by BrightEye(m): 7:04pm On Oct 02, 2016
money is the last thing that should be a requirement in a relationship. What I expected to read is " do u strive to love yourself as you are " then you would definitely get attracted to a person who will love you as you are.
Christianity EtcMust You Be Religious To Be A Good Person by BrightEye(op): 6:54pm On Oct 02, 2016
Do you have to be religious in other to be recognised as a good person in a society?

Christianity EtcRe: Counter Thread-- " Can Souls In Hell Be Forgiven, Saved And Still Go To Heaven?" by BrightEye(m): 6:35pm On Oct 02, 2016
Hell is that dark place a person creates for himself/herself in the spiritual realm. Hell is not a burning flames, because we are talking about a hell which exists in a spiritual realm that cannot harbour a material thing. However, finding oneself in the self created hell doesn't mean life ends, it means one is going through atonement, or reaping what one has sown, after which one is freed from the so called hell. But a cyclical life in hell can lead to death. Spiritual death!
Christianity EtcRe: Is This The True Consequence Of Not Giving Offering In Church? by BrightEye(m): 9:48am On Oct 02, 2016
If you can be able to gain your uncle's forgiveness, then that's all. But if not not, be ready to face the consequence, which doesn't generate from offending God but your uncle (or otherwise the pastor, off course), this is because God and church are NOT the same
Nairaland GeneralRe: My Close Friend Died Since 2009 But I Still See Him In My Dreams. Is It Normal? by BrightEye(m): 9:32am On Oct 02, 2016
SirJeffry:
You sound like someone with some more knowledge about this, can you please throw more light on your comment?
seriously, there is nothing I can do to throw a light. Life is an ocean of knowledge, learn how to swim, then you shall be spared from ignorance. The only way I can teach u 'how to swim ' is to encourage you to start swimming. Meaning break free from spiritual dependency and have everything thing you need at your disposal...... being it answers to such question.
Nairaland GeneralRe: My Close Friend Died Since 2009 But I Still See Him In My Dreams. Is It Normal? by BrightEye(m): 9:00am On Oct 02, 2016
It is nothing critical. It is part of life activities or realities we are not used to, simply because we are denied the right to know about it by our so-called systems of indoctrination, which term it "evil", simply because they have no rational basis in explaining the phenomenon.

Look around you, having placed yourself at the center of a silent atmosphere, then you will realize life doesn't end at 'death' but at the failure to realize this.

Every thing that happens to a man has what it teaches. But your own case depends on how you view life.

CultureRe: What you need to know about Argungu Festival by BrightEye(m): 5:41pm On Sep 27, 2016
ipledge10:
you should be able to tell me more...the article is based on what I read and watched... you have first hand experience
Yea you're right. You know I spent my childhood experiencing that festival , and recalling those days melts my heart. We had a lot of fishermen as friends who bring us fishes , and we also get chances to see different amazing sizes of fishes. We always wish the festival never ends because of the unusual crowds in our street, mostly fishermen with their fishing tools getting ready for a whistle that instructs them to start fishing. The runnings and shouts after the whistle is like watching ancient soldiers running to start a war. They jump into the river, and no one fails to full the container with fishes. Sadly to say, at least a man die during this competitive fishing in each of the festivals. There is lot to type here about Agungu fishing festival, but time won't allow me.

God please borrow me 100 billion dollars from my account in heaven, I wan tidy somethings now. Thank you,, I give gratitude cool
I was born in Argungu, and grew up there. The festival was one of the events I couldn't wait see each year. Lucky for me, we lived closer to that river, and witnessed the most interesting things about the festival. Apart from these excitements, and that we might have the chance to see the president, it's also the only day in a year we did have excess fish in our pot. Oh my.... I miss my old life!
