Pls guys any ideas on what is delaying turkey post was dispatched since 14th and up till now no update unlike before it takes 2 to 3 days to update to arrival at destination country. Can’t seem to find their social media handles or CC.

I've collected two items this month.. Both of em used 22 days

That’s what i used for my recent order the Yanwen ( shiped via turkey post has arrived already)
But the Cainao was given additional tracking number which started with U and ended with SB. Unlike previous ones which was turkey post also

4px is a minimum of 6months that's if u get it. Most times the items never leave China. So next time choose a different shipping method.

But look on the bright side, I got a 4px package of April 18th yesterday, so it's not all bad

How about CAINAO ( the one which starts with LP and later u get another tracking with u——-sb

I have an order which tracking shows "dispatch to destination country(NGLOS)" on 29th September. Since then, the tracking was not updated yet, I begin to wonder whether my package is already in Nigeria or still in China?

Picked two of three CAINAO order via turkey post today that arrived destination country 14/09/20

All were ordered between August 30 - sept 1st.

Yet to receive the one that has been on arrived destination country since August 24th.

I bin wan change from gtb. So I searched for and saw the sort code today. But I tried changing on Sitrala, Sitrala doesn't have standard chartered to select from

Saw that too, the reason i called them. That’s what i got.

The Swift code for Nigeria will be SCBLNGLAXXX irrespective of branches which means branch codes are not required.

Thought i was the only one, even called the customer care line for their sort code. They seem not to understand me went to Twitter same issue later gave up.

According to the experts in the field they arrive fast but sometimes not trackable once they land in Nigeria

Same here.... heard they usually arrive fast but it’s now getting to you that’s the issue gan gan night take up to a month
