No, it is not strange because there can be technical glitches with computerized systems.

What is strange to me is the fact that it has been more than a month since you were informed of your collection date and you haven't gone back there to check if your passport is out so you can collect it, you are still checking online.

So my capturing was last month 10th, on my slip collection date was 11th of march.

I haven't had the chance to go collect. Tried checking yesterday online for status and what i kept getting was application not found.

Yeah I understand what you are saying because I also had issues. Which is why if you check the website you would see it as part of the limitations or problems faced and why they should improve on it.
I was also rushed to scan and it didn’t work so I used the manual process and put the code before going to the self validator machine to scan.
I still have about 900 naira on my app and might transfer it to the card when I get to oshodi bus terminal because I can’t keep facing that issue.

The only advantage of the app is Incase you card is stolen or misplaced. The money on the app remains no matter how much but if it is the physical and it is stolen then someone else can use it without even real time notification about the fraudulent activities.

Option 1. Why not evaluate your HND via WES then apply to America university for scholarship.
WES will evaluate it to bsc level
Then try to write TOFEL or IETLS academic.

Option 2. Try EU countries like south cyrups they will give master with your HND in as much it is upper or distinction, currently I am doing my Masters program with my HND upper credit in Mechanical engineering, though it's on 70% scholarship and not full. To me it's a stepping stone.

The first question you should ask is where the location of the house is. I have a neighbor who built block of flats at gberigbe, Ikorodu.

The guy has been trying to sell those houses for years now even at a loss but no one is buying. His tenants are not paying rent and chasing them out will mean taking ages to get people to occupy the place.

Owing a house especially in the city is overrated if you didn't do your evaluation very well. Some areas in Lagos will never develop even in 50 years time.

People that bought land in Ikotun and Ikorodu part of Lagos 30 years ago thinking that by now, those places will be like Ikeja are still waiting.

The government will rather keep patching the roads in the already developed area than construct new roads in these remote areas because they're not economically viable for them.

Step 1 - Register on WES website

Step 2 - Pay for a course by course evaluation

Step 3- Write down your WES reference number.

Step 4 - Apply for your transcripts and have them courier it to WES. If you did your ND and HND in different schools, you have to submit different request forms. The transcript should be placed in a sealed envelope and stamped. Your WES reference number should be written on it. Please ask your school to use Dhl or FedEx. Do not use NIPOST!!

Bonus step- I didn’t know this was possible, but schools can actually send soft copies of your transcript to WES electronically. This step helped me bypass the whole verification stage.

Step 5- Wait and receive your evaluation

I needed this opportunity during my service year because I was running a business, going to my PPA and needed a convenient option to attend classes. NYSC corps members get subsidized training price and I missed out .

I don't think NUC need to approve it. The school doing it are offering u a course accredited by NUC and other lawful professional body certified by law to the do that.

So far u run up to 2yrs and above in the school, No hiss.

Am considering starting one with Federal University Oye-ekiti too.
