After a chat with Puji @sissyahmed about Project START by Mumsbooth and it's impact on women and children so far, She offered to teach the Nigerian women for FREE, on how they can use different farm produces/ food items like Cassava, Plantain, Awara, Yam, Sweet Potatoes, Pumpkin leaves, Spinach and more to create several dishes not just the ones we are used to.

We got to analyze how a woman in the food business can make more money with variety. For example, an average woman who sells Akara by the roadside will do very well with more dishes in her Menu.

Having prepared these samples in her Kitchen, we will be having a bigger session with the women in Abuja
