I wish I can use auto tools so I can be able to pump my portfolio to 400 or 500. But also looking into that... one kind laziness and boredom dey worry me to reach 150 sef na problem.

I rarely get repetitive sales. D sales doesn't have pattern or are repetitive. No particular city or niche. They include any city, any state and any niche. My own na if end user dey and no one else has similar variant(outbound) I'm good to go. That way u can get sales through out the year since your portfolio isn't predictive or has a pattern that sometimes may boom in a particular time of the year or not boom at all at certain times.

I've already done 2 sales diz month with a portfolio of around 112. I may get one or two sales again to round up the month or even no sales. Whatever!

Took me almost two weeks before I could register the name because of lack of funds (I'm married with three kids, so I can't just be spending money or buying domains anyhow!). In between that period though, I kept having doubts ["If this name will sell, why is no one picking it!?"].

Anyway, buyer bought the name within 40 minutes of receiving my mail. And yes, I had only one buyer in mind. I had first priced the name $1,495 upon listing on Dan, before I changed my mind and increased it by $300 (lol!) while preparing my email. 'Twas one of those newbie risks that massively paid off, Alhamdulillah! However, I've bought similar names thereafter, which are yet to sell…domaining can be so not funny!

So I'm still awaiting my 4th sale, and I hope it happens in this month. But I still be newbie sha o.

I specially thank Allah, then @Budosky, who initiated me into domaining. I still have a whole lot to learn from him and other gurus in this uncommon thread.
