RuudVanNisteroy:

Peter Obi came first in a class full of dullards, mediocrity is not celebrated in the western world.

Answer the following questions?

1) When Peter Obi does his annual medical checkup, which hospital in Anambra does he go?
2) When he turns on his tap is the water from Anambra Water Corporation?
3) Can he send any of his children to any of the public schools or university in Anambra?
4) When he flushes his toilet, is there an underground sewage treatment plant it is disposed off?
5) Can he move around the state without a security convoy?
6) Can Anambra state residents boast of 24 hour electricity?
7) Why did he refuse to conduct local government elections
8 ) Why was his convoy caught with N250 million naira cash on it's way to Lagos?
9) Did he give account of how he spent the state's monthly security vote?
Bkayyy or whatever you called yourself, come and answer this questions..

go svck your mother's fallen breast if you can't answer, Efulefu.

You can castigated any past governor in Nigeria but not Peter Obi that did credible things in Anambra. The man literary governed anambra like a European.
Tomorrow, people like you will castigate Dave Umahi and those that didn't witness his leadership might fall for it
99% of ruudvannisteroy threads are against Tinubu and Lagos, go through his profile and stop crying like a baby.

ain't you the same fool that said the average height of a South Westerner is 5'3 ft? a

If saraki contested any election I would vote for him,he’s the only governor that I know installed IPP(power) in his state and electricity became uninterrupted while he was the governor. Besides kwara state was adjudged the cleanest state when he was at the helms of affairs. He bought road construction equipment for each LG during his tenure to mention just but a few. My own governor SeyiMakinde has started on a good note too, though everything is still at the foundational level but it’s obvious he would perform excellently well because he’s not willing to embezzle money
Are you talking about Ganmo electricity station? can that even supply Ilorin and it's environment 18 hours per day? talk more of other places in Kwara?

Omu-Aran has better electricity than Ilorin, Osogbo supplies omu Aran and it's environs light..

the roads in Kwara are worst, even in Ilorin, go to Agbabiaka, Gaa akanbi, Danialu e.t.c

I was watching football match in Gaa akanbi area one day, someone played a shot and the ball had it way through the roofing sheet into the class (can you imagine?) that's how bad Kwara secondary schools are.

can you compare the salary structure of Kwara workers with their counterparts in Ekiti, Oyo and Kogi... infact that's one of the points in Oto Ge mantra.. A level 14 worker in Oyo earns almost twice than that of Kwara...

Saraki is a thief...

nonetheless, Saraki did better than this overhyped Dave Umahi man, considering that Kwara also recieves small allocation..

I think Igbos love mediocrity, that's why they always praise the man.

Bro, the issue is not whether what he is doing has been replicated by other states in the past... Of course there is nothing new in what he is doing...

But people are only marveled at the speed of completing these projects. He did in four years what many states did in 16 years. That's the difference

I've been to that state three times, once before his tenure and twice after.. And I can attest to the huge difference in a space of four years.. It was like the state was pulled down and rebuilt from the scratch. I counted at least three very standard fly overs all started and finished by the current government.

If not for colleagues, I would not have recognised anywhere. In the few states have been to, I've not had this experience.

What's makes it more interesting is the low allocation the state gets and the low IGR they generate. Yet they have a low debt profile.
Then Ebonyi must have been some thick forest before he came then.

I've always thought my state is Kwara is the most backward state until I get used to NL.

Saraki Is a villain in Kwara, one of the biggest thief in the history of Nigeria but he actually executed more projects than this man...

that's why I always wonder whenever I see threads like "updates on Ebonyi Airport" gracing the front page, when you open the thread, the project is that the foundation level, and you see people rejoicing, calling Ebonyi a paradise..

The Ebonyi airport that's just at the foundation level thread as graced the front page more than 3 times from July till now.

infact one of the reasons why I stopped reading Opera news and articles was this Ebonyi state topics, sometimes 6 out of every 10 articles in Opera news is about Ebonyi.

however, it's all good.
Politics / Re: 'Where Is Your Money Coming From'? - Secondus Asks Umahi After Seeing Projects by BrownLondon(m): 8:14pm On Aug 27, 2020
what's all these hype about Ebonyi?

what are they building? flyover? roads? markets? what else.

was there anything that Ebonyi is Building today that is not in my useless state?

the first flyover in my state was built more than 10 years ago, what else? vocational centre? mtcheew.

if you think Ebonyi (Umahi or whatever) is good then Saraki (who is the biggest thief in the history of Naija) is better...

Because Saraki executed more projects than this over hyped man....

seem people from the eastern part of this country loves mediocrity..

please don't drag Yorubas into the mud, we don't want insult.

we are not land grabbers.

as far as Nigeria is concerned, Yorubas are predominantly found in South West (Ekiti, Lagos, Osun, Ondo, Ogun and Oyo) plus Kwara(Kwara South and Central ) and Kogi west.

we have no relationship with the gbagyi.

Politics / No man's land: What Could Be Cause Of This Mantra by BrownLondon(m): 7:26pm On Aug 26, 2020
Lagos was the capital of Nigeria untill 1991, 50% (if not more) of what makes Lagos today were part of the old Western region (I stand to be corrected)

in my research I learnt the action group led by The sage Obafemi Awolowo does not want Lagos, a Yoruba town which was at that time the Federal Capital and seat of national government to be designated as the Capital of Nigeria if it meant loss of Yoruba sovereignty. The AG insisted that Lagos, a Yoruba city situated in Western Nigeria must be completely recognized as a Yoruba town without any loss of identity, control or autonomy by the Yoruba. Contrary to this position

The NCNC led by Nnamdi Azikiwe was anxious to declare Lagos, by virtue of it being the "Federal Capital Territory" as "no man's land" - a declaration which as could be expected angered the AG which offered to help fund the development of another territory in Nigeria as "Federal Capital Territory" and then threatened secession from Nigeria if it didn't get its way. The threat of secession by the AG was tabled, documented and recorded in numerous constitutional conferences, inclincluding the constitutional conference held in London in 1954 with the demand that a right of secession be enshrined in the constitution of the emerging Nigerian nation to allow any part of the emergent nation to opt out of Nigeria, should the need arise.

this proposal for inclusion of right of secession by the regions in independent Nigeria by the AG was rejected and resisted by NCNC which vehemently argued for a tightly bound united/unitary structured nation because it viewed the provision of a secession clause as detrimental to the formation of a Unitary Nigerian state.

(what did you noticed in the above; the Hausas were not involved right?)... okay let's go.

The new fct, Abuja was planned in the 80s and officially became the fct in 1991 (thanks to Muritala Muhammed and Ibrahim Babangida for planning and implementing respectively)

Lagos is now like every other state, just like Kebbi, Benue, Rivers, Ondo, Abia, Akwa ibom e.t.c

now the next submission will let you understand the reason for opening this thread..

Nigeria has over 250 beautiful ethnic groups; now.

An average Hausa man does not care about Lagos.

An average fulani man does not care about Lagos.

an Average Ijaw man, Tiv, Kanuri, Ibibio, Idoma, ikwerre, Bini etcetera does not care about Lagos

follow the trend, from Nnamdi Azikiwe NCNC being an obstacle to the last submission, what can you guys deduce?

what could be the cause of this NO MAN'S LAND mantra coming from only one group out of over 250 groups? (I don't need to mention the group, it's obvious)

(this thread does not violate any NL rule)
