Only Lagos is somehow safe in South West but you saw what happened during the lockdown. Safety went down to zero in the South West due to the excruciating poverty. Other regions were safer. ESN/UGM is just a phase. Regionalism/Restructuring/Separation will solve all those issues.

Nobody is holding anyone and lockdowns affected every region in the country. ESN might be a phase but until that phase ends and they change their attitude.....south east remain a risky place for investors.

Lenders will lend to you if you're credit worthy and economically sustainable... it's why people lend to America. South east isn't a viable region.

Even region even to the last nigerian can survive on their own.... currently I provide my own electricity via solar and gen, provide my own drinking water on the land I bought and handle my security via my contributions to the neighborhood watch....I don't survive on federal allocation or government handouts. If I as a Nigerian and millions of Nigerians like me can survive without the state, it's not far fetched to say that even a local government area can survive as it's own country with the right leadership.

Lol honestly, I've also thought about this and sometimes religion confuses me, we can justify a soldier going to war with the old testament but even the old testament seems to contradict itself when the law states that "thou shall not kill" but meanwhile there's are stuff that king David did that would be considered war crimes and even genocide by today's standards.

Well, you really can't explain religion logically so don't even go down that part if you're religious. What's clear is that great politicians can never be good Christians.....you either sell your soul and inherited the world or stay true to your religion with a believe that the afterlife is yours.

Op, some of these things are relative, but from my understanding a good politician is one that is effective and not altruistic as the Christian definition would say.....but even a Christian soldier fighting in the wars of the earthly government he serves doesn't really know if he's doing the work of God by taking a life.
