This is sickening......in my own little way I've stopped patronizing cow meat that was grazed, the governors of the south west needs to call the butchers association and look for how to develop an alternative to this cow meat....we can't be patronizing the business of killers.

Descendants of ojukwu shouldn't call men who stood their grounds cowards...... especially when ojukwu ran off disguised as a wh0re through the border after sacrificing 3mill of his dumb kinsmen as ground manure.

The funny thing is that the idea that they're good in business is just a myth, the stats of the most successful businesses in Nigeria and Africa is there for all to see.

They lack the balls to take on northerners but would prefer to insult and curse at Yoruba's and tinubu. The children of the forest (omo Igbo) are only good at playing petty politics and them getting VP in 2023 isn't even possible at this rate.

Bring your facts. After Buhari is gone I pity you. Igbos play South-centric politics at the center, see the way kanuri run the show in a fulani government under one north, that was how igbos ran the show in obj and gej government under one south
Igbos ran the show in obj's govt yet what benefit did it bring to their region apart from the looting a few of them in government partook in.....you guys are only useful idiots.

PoliticsRe: Nigerians Find It Hard To Overcome The Twin Problem Of Tribalism And Religion by BSdetective: 7:34pm On Mar 26, 2022
DMerciful:
You're mixing tribalism with racism and that's where you're wrong. Racism is done to people of other race or country, tribalism is done to people within same country.

Japanese will not be tribal against themselves! South Africa was developed by white South Africans, the blacks are very lazy, i have people there.

Tribalism is the biggest challenge to Nigeria
development. Even within the same nationality, there's clanishness! Even within same clan, there's still small forms of nepotism

Even Europeans have the same problem and that’s why they were smart enough not to create heterogeneous countries for themselves.

But they did the opposite for black Africans and those same Africans are killing each other to preserve their evil legacy.

African countries won’t work because it wasn’t created by Africans especially Nigeria.
God bless you..... you're a conscious African. The whites knew what they were doing in the Berlin conference by dividing Africa into parts and putting unrelated groups together.

No country develops with the twin problems of tribalism and religion! Even with restructuring, they'd go into clans and dialets or communities.

If the mindset doesn't change to appreciate the fact that democracy should be run on the basis of meritocracy, then there's no advantage of democracy interms of development!
This is false......as racist and tribal as aparthied south Africa was it was still fairly developed, the Japanese are also very tribal and are actually thriving.... Tribalism doesn't limit development because it's the same as nationalism and Nationalism doesn't limit development instead it encourages it. The problem in Nigeria is that the tribal identity is more stronger than the national identity because the national identity is more of an artificial one created by the colonists and now the tribal identity is now the national identity of groups in Nigeria......if these tribal groups form their own respective countries the issue of tribalism won't exist anymore because it would subsequent be transformed into nationalism.....this is were meritocracy can now come in. But a reasonable and beneficial option would be a restructured country into regional governments.... that's a practical solution.

PoliticsRe: Nigerians Find It Hard To Overcome The Twin Problem Of Tribalism And Religion by BSdetective: 4:00pm On Mar 26, 2022
Op sounds smart but is quite ignorant..... tribalism in politics or identity politics is a global issue in countries with multiple races or ethnic groups(multi-ethnic societies)... The average redneck in the southern part of America will hardly vote a black man except it's going to push the interest of his fellow rednecks and identity politics is part and parcel of American politics. The solution for Nigeria's own is simply restructuring that would give equal power to every ethnic group in the country and responsibility over their domain.

The honest truth of the matter is that is counter productive to tell people not to be tribalistic or identify with their group, pseudo intellectuals always try to do this.
PoliticsRe: How Do You See This Çombination For The Next Presidential Elections. by BSdetective: 2:13pm On Mar 26, 2022
Restructuring.
PoliticsRe: Message To All Yorubas by BSdetective: 2:10pm On Mar 26, 2022
Dapinski:
@OP.

Let us all passionately and uncompromisingly support what our governors are agitating for. I.e regionalism that will make all Yorubas one, and their brother's keeper, through the abolition of States.

That should be our focus because once such is achieved then Igbos, without the 'one Nigeria' gingering them, will know their place in the SW while the ako ti ile ts Yorubas will simply have no voice lwt alone influence on our affairs.
Nicely said but regionalism will only come subtly and diplomatically through partnerships with other regions in the south and the north..... regionalism will benefit all regions but people must be made to see that.
PoliticsRe: Message To All Yorubas by BSdetective: 1:59pm On Mar 26, 2022
Seconded. But this is why we should support restructuring and also one of the reasons I avoid antagonizing awon ipob.

The truth is you do not expect your workers to rely on their salary alone, that's what is killing most companies cos the workers would be diverting the company's money without caring if the business could close down..

You see those who are working at fuel filling Station, they can make their salary in a day if fuel scarcity dey
If they can't rely on their salary how is that my fault and is that a justification for them stealinghuh

CareerRe: My Opinion On The Whole Toxic Work Place Bruhaha by BSdetective(op): 6:44pm On Mar 25, 2022
helinues:
The problem are majorly the so called boss. Lots of them don't know how to treat their workers.

If you are paying your workers the real value of the task they are doing for you and also get friendly with them, they should behave well.

That reminds me of a boy that was running my viewing center for me back then, initially the guy was delivering well until he started diverting the money. So I deliberately visited one day, viewed the number of people watching mat ch, there was a big match that day, have an idea of how much to expect and left.

When he came at night and saw the morning he brought, I initially counted the money, give him his own share plus extra self then ask him, do you want me to get another person to replace you as you have been cheating, he was genuinely sorry cos I explained to him how him stopping working would affect him financially.

Ever since that day during the time the centre was running, he came back to his senses and delivering well. Win win for both parties.

The way some boss treat their staff, you would think they are their maids
I see tangent points in what you said but the fact that you were paying him a salary both of you agreed upon but he still decided to steal from you is exactly what am talking about and the only reason he was sorry and seemed to repent is because he got caught...... it's that inbuilt desire to be dishonest even when they're being paid their salary without delay that really gets to me....Nigerian business people are already doing something positive for the country by providing jobs and still have to deal with the tough business environment yet people expect them to act heavenly with dishonest workers.
