Based on the voltage of 12.2v it is telling u, that u are consuming power from both ur solar panel and battery ,so u are not charging but taking from the battery. Tubular batteries are tough but improper maintenance and frequent abuse may reduce the lifespan.

Note: the 430w panel has high Voc and low Isc, while the 450w has low Voc and higher Isc

It should work in 3series2parallel config. No mixing of solar stick to the power rating u are using.

I would advice u go for 535W Jinko panels(VOC=49.34, Isc =13.79) 14Nos. 7in series each PV input.

I want to use 12 pieces of 600w panel and connect it 6 in series. Now the STC specification for the panel is Pmax 600w,VOC 41.3v, short circut current 18.47, operating current is 17.2 amps, operating voltage is 34.9v. The panel efficiency at STC is 21.2%. Do you advice me to go ahead with this panel since stc short circuit current is already above 18 amps?
