Mind you, been cautioned about all these things is because of your health matters, it's not because of getting to heaven or not.

Taking alcohol is like taking beverages or water. But, been cautioned on it is because of what an excess of it can cause to your body. I don't want to believe that taking Coke or Pepsi is better than beer though, but things are just needed to be done moderately. If Christ can take wine, then I don't see anything wrong in taking it. And besides, alcohol has a reason of been created.
