That is what I think too. I had a similar result.. At least a band score of 8 in three of the modules but a band 6.5 in one module and an overall score of 8.0.
I don't like writing an exam for the same purpose more than once; but, I guess I have to make an exemption with this one. I am waiting for my ECA report. I may write the exam again during my leave IF I don't get a PN before then.
In my opinion, Enquiry on Result is like a waste of time, money and effort. Conduct a thorough search online and you will find that the likelihood of candidates getting a higher score is less than 10%. But then, you can just be part of the <10%. Best of luck!

Its just annoying thou! Read a blog where someone said he decided to state the purpose of test as Personal and change his test center on his third attempt and he make a very good result. the test is marked locally at the centers and marking a writing test can be subjective. Might let go of mine but my wife isn't gonna let go. anyway, we see how it goes.

Meanwhile, I'm so contesting my IELTS result that came out yesterday! I wrote the exam with my wife and those guys are very unfair.

I think it is easier putting a camel through a needle eye than applying for this Saskatchewan SINP. i just had to close the page at some point! Anyways, do i need to get my bank statement stamped before uploading it for anyone who has done it? i have spent a cummilative of 5 hours on that page today and still havent finished. I was battling with the settlement plan thing when i flipped and closed my laptop. I will just go and write IELTS again than this stress since i have a masters degree. I didnt do so well in the listening part and i figured that is the most important part of that test as it relates to Canada immigration. Bros! Don't give up too soon, I started mine on wednesday and eventually submitted yesterday evening (3 days), got a confirmation mid night, think you can take your time and do it in phases. Just found out I didn't attach some documents and I will send it in a mail. I used a fixed deposit certificated for POF and guess that makes it easier for me. Good luck.

@ kosplateau, I don't think that's a very good response thou! Zandora has been really helpful to a lot of us here on this forum and its best we encourage people like that, many of us comes here to get information and never for once answered any question, even when we have the accurate info, some does not even have an account on Nairaland. So its high time we motivated people that sacrifices their time and data to attend to other people's question. We can all be wrong sometimes but we learn everyday and that's the purpose of being here. No one is the sole custodian of information and even the wisest man has something yet to learn. its not for our sake at times but for the newbies and people coming behind.

You don't have to be in the pool, it's not Express Entry related. In addition, i'll say you complete the application process for this programme first before choosing to enter back into the pool. This is because they usually say one must demonstrate that you are really going to stay in their province and if they ask if you are in the pool and you indicate yes, it may be a risk because they can take it as an indication that you have interests in other provinces as well and as such, your chances of coming to their province is slim. This may make them not take you so, i suggest you apply to them first and see how it comes out before entering the pool. Although, your decision may be a bit compounded if your new IELTS will make you score sufficiently to get an ITA soom, in that instance, YOU ARE THEN ON YOUR OWN

It doesn't matter if it's only a year prog. Even if it's a 1mnths prog., you need to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the cooperative movement has the means of sponsoring you, and one of the vital and necessary dox needed to prove the financial support for your study is statement of acct. In your case, since you are presenting the cooperative society as ur sponsor, you need the dox stated by ayo and thesoj. (Even if all the fund you need will be transferred into your own acct, you need to prove that the transfer is not a sham. You need to prove that the cooperative has enough capital after your acct has been funded)

Its just a year post grad course and I was considering having them pay the total tuition fee of 14k and upkeep of 10k into my account. I used their statement in my first application but it didn't fly. meanwhile, the sponsorship letter states that my mom has been their member for over 15 years and they will be sponsoring on her behalf.

Thank you. I have actually started research on adoption. I asked my lawyer to do the findings and his feedback was like 'really?'.
Adoption is really long and documentation is another things. He told me it's gonna cost me N500K in Lagos and may take up to six months.
She doesn't share the same surname with me 'cos she's my mum's brother's child. I would have just added her as my daughter.
Personally, I tot an affidavits would be fine but it's obvious that i'm wrong. If that's the only way, I'll try my best.

I believe all you need is a proof of dependency, documents that shows that the child is dependent on you and you have been morally and financially responsible for the upbringing over the years. While you have a consent letter from the parent and a proof of your relationship with the parents. Meanwhile, After a long adoption process, I don't think an adopted child is allowed to traveled immediately, which is due to their regulations. your case might be different thou. who knows

it depends on some factors like: how soon your school responds to their verification mail, and the mail service used.
MINE took about 3 months from start to finish because of some delays I caused.
why not just evaluate your highest credential, that was i did o. multiple evaluation may be delayed when running aftre universities. i had like 3 or 4 certs, i only evaluated the highest.
