Hell house, I was at the clinic for a routine check up. It was discovered that my BP this morning was high. 150/100. I have never had this. I always average 120/80. I started to think back on what the possible causes could be, recently there was a threat of massive sack at my working place, I'm a marketer with a bank, targets were stupidly increased and pressure increased too to close the quarter that ended last month, I resorted to smoking, I was terribly stressed. I feel those habits may have contributed to it. How do I handle this please...

Sometime ago, a story featured on this platform of how a nairalander's phone was stolen by a couple with a baby strapped on the wife. Photos were attached.

Yesterday, the same couple were at my office but before I could recognize them they had stolen my colleague's Samsung galaxy S6 bought 4 days ago.
A review of the CCTV footage revealed that it was the same couple. See the photos.

They need to be stopped.
