3. There will be issue if you don't claim him. IRCC said you should list ALL family members - whether they're full, adopted, half, step or elevator. So it's really not up to you to choose him or not, if bomboy is not listed, it's misrepresentation.

I think you have to mention the boy in your application and declare him to avoid misrepresentation. You will need POF to cover him and medicals for him, even if he is not accompanying you.

He can be claimed as a dependant as long as he is a child of you or your husband. Who he is currently living with is not an issue. If eventually he wants to migrate with you, you *may* have to get consent from the mother as the boy is still a minor. It depends on your particular situation and the custody situation.

1)Can we apply for him to go with us as a dependant?

You can apply after resumption but not after your "last date of enrollment".
- Check your CAS to see your last date of enrollment.
- Ask your school for 2weeks extension.
Use Super Priority like you planned.
