President BUHARI makes another history as he begins the construction of the 85KM Kula - Degema Port Harcourt Road, in the heart of Niger Delta.

This road would service and be a blessing to over 100 communities. I am more than overwhelmed. Buhari is indeed an icon, trailblazing leader for the weak, deprived, oppressed and a game changer.

Those who doubt will soon celebrate it live. I believe in the creative power of vision.
