View and scamper mood active. Lol You guys brace yourself for more. I know of someone who is studying so hard to debate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. The only advice I gave to him was to go study his origin first, then nigeria and africa. I still want the one nigeria monkeys to convince me but ofcourse they have nothing to say. Noisemakers. As for those who think Nnamdi Kanu is demented, now you know you are the demented fellow. IPOB Youth |
People already proving what their DNA says about them. High mentality in venom spewing. In a modern zoo there is light, good road, water, clean environment, etc. I think Nigeria should be called a jungle, zoo sounds too good. IPOB Youth |

Last week, I received a tip from SWLing Post contributor, Dan Robinson: Radio Biafra, a new clandestine station, was audible on 15,560 kHz via the Universite Twente Web SDR. Despite miserable propagation conditions, I tuned my receiver to 15,560 kHz and was surprised to hear a weak signal from Radio Biafra, here in North Carolina. I recorded a few minutes before conditions changed and Biafra’s signal began to fade. This was the first time I had logged Radio Biafra, so I was amazed to have copy clear enough to understand. Wikipedia has a short entry for Radio Biafra: Radio Biafra also known as Voice of Biafra, is a radio station that was originally founded by the government of the Republic of Biafra but is currently operated by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Believed to have had its first transmission before the Nigeria-Biafra war, the radio station was instrumental in the broadcast of speeches and propaganda by Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu to the people of the Republic of Biafra. […]Radio Biafra currently transmits via the internet and shortwave broadcast targeted majorly around Eastern Nigeria. Radio Biafra claims to be broadcasting the ideology of Biafra –”Freedom of the Biafra people”. […]Radio Biafra has been met with mixed reactions. While some critics have criticized the station for “inciting war” through its programmes and “preaching hate messages” against Nigeria which it refers to as a “zoo”, an editor for Sahara Reporters wrote in defence of the radio station after he compared Radio Biafra with the British Broadcasting Corporation Hausa service. On 14 July 2015, it was reported in the media that the radio station had been jammed because it did not have a broadcast license from the Nigerian Broadcasting Commission. However, the radio station in a swift reaction labelled such claims as “lies” and went on to release its new frequency details to the public. To put this in perspective, the Wikipedia entry for Radio Biafra is rather new, having only been created in August, 2015. The following recording was made using my WinRadio Excalibur hooked up to a large skyloop antenna: This two hour recording, by Dan Robinson, was made via the Universite Twente Web SDR in the Netherland: Post Readers: Have you logged Radio Biafra in your part of the world? http://swling.com/blog/2015/09/shortwave-radio-recordings-radio-biafra/ IPOB Youth |

Carnegiefan you may become methuselah if you are waiting for someone sensible to give you reason to remain in Lugard's invention. As for the educational sector in Biafra land, I want history to be taught and made compulsory from the primary to the tertiary schools. Teachers should earn better than politicians. While people are here making noise the so called niger delta are joining family meetings. lol IPOB Youth |

ANXIETY ON BIAFRA: AIG Warns Policemen Over Detention Of Suspects Beyond 24Hrs The authorities of the Nigerian Police Force will adhere strictly to the principle of not detaining a suspect for more than 24 hours to check against abuse of human rights by the policemen. This is coming after the publication by the ibtimes UK on the evidence against the Nigerian state The Assistant Inspector-General of Police (AIG) in charge of zone 8, Tanko Lawal disclosed this in Ilorin, Kwara State yesterday. He made the disclosure while addressing officers and men of the Kwara State Police Command at the command’s headquarters in Ilorin on the policy thrust of the present police leadership. Lawal said it was the decision of the leadership that in order that the provision of the nation’s constitution is not breached no suspect must be detained by the police beyond 24 hours. He said the leadership’s position is that in a situation where it requires longer time to investigate a case the suspect should be taken to court or released on bail http://www.igberetvnews.com/?p=10617. Typical Lagos-Ibadan expressway media. And their readers keep increasing in their zombies status. Nigeria's 'brown envelope' journalists Why are Nigerian reporters accepting money through corrupt and illicit means and what is the impact on readers? 13 Sep 2015 15:27 GMT | Media, Africa, Nigeria, Corruption, Journalism "Corruption has eaten deeply into the fabric of Nigerian society, so it's no wonder [journalists] have been infected as well by this disease."- Kadira Ahmed, Nigerian TV presenter Among some of the worst paid reporters in Africa, Nigerian journalists are seldom given money to cover travel or other expenses, let alone paid their salary on time. Affecting the way stories are reported, some of the country's most pressing events have either gone unnoticed or underreported. Amid this climate where investigative journalism is severely stifled, corrupt and illicit practices have begun to flourish. Reporters are often seen waiting for cash handouts from politicians and government officials at press conferences before rarely questioning them or fact-checking. And in a country where corruption tends to trickle from the top down, it is becoming harder for readers to distinguish fact from fiction. The Listening Post's Nic Muirhead travelled to Lagos, Nigeria's media capital, to report on 'brown envelope journalism.' http://www.aljazeera.com/programmes/listeningpost/2015/09/nigeria-brown-envelope-journalists-150913113556304.html IPOB Youth |

WIC challenges govt on security of lives, property in S/East By Emeka Aginam The apex Igbo Organization in Diaspora, the World Igbo Congress, WIC, at the end of its 21st annual convention held in Los Angeles , California, the United States of America has urged both the Federal and State Governments in Nigeria to treat the issue of security of lives and property in the South East states and Nigeria with priority attention. In a communiqué jointly signed by Chief (Dr) Larry Udorji, WIC Chairman, Chief Cyril Nwaguru, WIC Secretary General and Chief Jimmy Asiegbu, Public Relation Officer, the Diaspora group after deliberating on the issues presented by the group “Indigenous People of Biafra” (IPOB) noted that, whereas they share their concerns, WIC would not support or encourage bearing of arms against the government of Nigeria. Accordingly, the group in the communiqué demanded that the Nigerian Police should cease and desist from harassing, intimidating and killing young Igbo youths for exercising their rights to free speech and lawful assembly as guaranteed in the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended. The group called on the President to ensure that further massacre of lives of any group for exercising their free speech and assembly is stopped forthwith. The group urges Federal Government of Nigeria to explore peaceful means of dealing with these ethnic groups. The Chairman of WIC, Larry Udorji earlier in his speech urged Ndi Igbo to ignore charlatans and self-dealing operatives in Diaspora who do not know the difference between ground breaking and cutting of ribbon, but who were bent on bastardizing the name and image of the WIC. The 21st annual convention centered on in depth discussion of all issues concerning Ndigbo in the present day Nigeria, including the disunity associated with Igbo groups all over the World, and under the leadership of President Buhari. They resolved to find genuine and practical solutions to enable Ndigbo continue to pursue unity, progress, peace and being equal partners in the country. WIC in the communiqué unequivocally condemned in strongest terms the recent comments by the Chairman of the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), Alhaji Ibrahim Coomasie, comparing the lawful demonstrations of unarmed members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in Onitsha where three of their innocent members were gunned down in cold bold on Sunday, August 30, 2015 by members of the Nigerian Navy with the murderous and lawless Boko Haram as reprehensible and insensitive. With continuous commitment of the group for a better Igbo state, the WIC noted that the Igbo extraction must recondition their mindset on the Nigerian-Biafran Civil War to see themselves as a vindicated people capable of existing and thriving independent of their detractors instead of seeing themselves as a vanquished people who must rely on the largess of their conquerors. Stating that WIC will petition the United Nations (UN) against the Federal Republic of Nigeria for crimes of Genocide against Ndi Igbo during the Nigerian Civil War and the International Criminal Court (ICJ) for the extra judicial killings of ndi Igbo for exercising their constitutionally guaranteed rights to free speech and assembly, the group further noted that they will take all necessary and proper steps in consultation with the Ohaneze Ndi Igbo, Aka Ikenga, the National Association of South East Students to ensure that ndi Igbo are adequately counted in the forth coming 2016 Nigerian National Census. The communiqué further stated that WIC under the Chairmanship of Dr. Larry Udorji will continue to pursue all necessary and proper steps to address the grievances of aggrieved members of the WIC to reintegrate them into the WIC. Igbo public officers, the communiqué added must be willing to submit themselves to a standard of ethical leadership that demands accountability and transparency in their stewardship. While the group sympathizes with their members with legal problems, the reputation and image of the WIC, the communique said demanded that any WIC official who is criminally indicted and/or convicted of a felonious offence must resign forthwith. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/09/wic-challenges-govt-on-security-of-lives-property-in-seast/ IPOB Youth |
