PETERiCHY:I have said it that you are an indicator in the opposite direction. Once you advertise a stock, the price flops, if you castigates, the price rises. ![]() |
It has happened in FBNH. Knew it wud come but didnt know when. Better to play safe always.

mercylicious234:True. But is not a pain. Have a calculator already designed to incorporate my entry & exit price, entry & exit commission and charges, and finally, my profit. Once i meet my profit, i leave. |

SEC TO REVOKE REGISTRATION OF 400 CAPITAL MARKET OPERATORS source: http://www.eyesoflagos.com/2017/06/sec-to-revoke-registration-of-400.html The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said it would revoked the registration of about 400 capital market experts and professionals who do not comply with the directive to provide updated information of their companies by July 31, 2017. According to a circular from SEC, yesterday, any firm whose response is not received within this time frame would be considered inactive and the SEC would exercise its power to revoke its registration. SEC said pursuant to the powers conferred on it by the Investments and Securities Act (ISA) 2007, it has directed all capital market experts or professionals to provide updated information of their companies/firms in December 2016 and February 2017. The commission observed that a large number of capital market experts or professionals comprising Reporting Accountants, Solicitors, and Estate Surveyors/Valuers, among others did not respond to the request. “The concerned firms are by the circular required to indicate their interest in retaining their registration with SEC as capital market experts or professionals by providing updated information on their firms. “They are also reminded that the minimum number of Sponsored Individuals required for their registered function is three, including a Compliance Officer,” SEC said. Eyes Of Lagos gathered that, According to SEC, in recognition that a larger number of capital market experts or professionals have offices in Lagos, the Commission in January 2017 relocated its Registration and Inspectorate Divisions to Lagos. “The concerned capital market experts or professionals are enjoined to visit any of the commission’s offices in Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt and Kano for further clarification: “All concerned capital market experts are required to comply with this directive on or before July 31, 2017 as any firm whose response is not received within this time frame would be considered inactive and the SEC would exercise its power to revoke its registration,” the statement added. |
nio68:Noted. Pray either of morgan or afrinvest messes up my trade anytime. I would remember this post. Gracias |
Following the successful acquisition of 60 per cent equity stake of Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc by Nipco Investment Limited (NIL) from ExxonMobil Oil Corporation, the company has applied to regulators to acquire additional shares from minority shareholders. Not in Mobil at the moment and wont buy because the price will go haywire in coming days. But for common investors in this forum who have it in their portfolio, dont sell on the floor of NSE ! I repeat, Dont Sell!!! If you have money, buy more from the floor and sell to Nipco at N417. Thank you for thanking me in advance. Gracias |
Chibuking81:Please invite me too. I want to jollificate once it happens. Who has noticed that dangflour has been trading in the 4.30 range for more than a week now despite good trades and highs inbetween trades. Thats silent accumulation. The company's outstanding shares is 5billion (very small when compared to fbnh and the banks). What that means is fewer shares up for grabs when the time comes. Hence the bids will be massive but no seller. And we will see new highs like never b4 on NSE. Even thinking of selling my wapco at a marginal profit to buy more dangoteflour. |
mendes911:Dont worry about him. He is an indicator in the opposite direction. If he endorses a stock, sell it if you have any in your portfolio. If he castigates a stock, buy it, its a sign of immediate appreciation in price. Review his past posts for concurrence and confirmation. Every brother is important here. In their own way. |
mendes911:That was with dangote buying back the company. Missed that bus due to treasury bill. This one is as a result of the dufil prima deal. |
locodemy:Flesh and blood did not reveal this to you. This is a spiritual revelation. They wanted to come tell us what they did with the proceeds of the dufil prima deal but had to shift it because of the MRS visit. My guess is either way given what i have read and heard from pple on the exchange. 1. Since its an asset disposal, they might decide to pay shareholders interimdividend since asset disposal is not affected by the policy on retained profit - its not a profit nor a loss ![]() 2. They might decide to use the money to nil off the accumulated loss position and make the company viable for dividend payment again. I am only wondering how much was paid and other conditions attached to the sale. Anybody with that info should kindly help out. But if its the dangote i know, all the flour used in producing indomie henceforth will come from dangote flour. Either way, he must give me 20m+ before july ending. Gotta do something with that money urgently. ![]() |
My WAPCO is green again. Thanks be to God |
fxuser: when i mentioned FBNH, and gave facts, see the result. Whoever has eyes should enter dangflour now b4 it starts running more than fbnh. |
stokfrick:Oga stokfrik, lancee, ihedioramma, pricekez, worldambassador, even locodemy Well spoken. I love you guyz and the way you present your facts. The essence of being here is to learn, share and make money. Just thought i should share since i usually depend on their analysis (i use them too). But you guys have said a part i have never thought of before. Gonna consider this in the future. Thanks men |

Did you modify your post? I thought i saw some insult from you on my person? Kindly retype it. |
Ishilove:My fear for the op is that one of the pastors who know about her adultery(including the one she commited it with) is going to blackmail her in the future to have a taste of her. If she refuses, her husband will be informed. If she agrees, the cycle continues. If she confesses, she receives her punishment and unburdens her heart. Who knows, the husband might suprise her. If she refuses and the husband finds out from a blackmailer, the marriage ends without remedy. Therefore, istoctober, choose your option well |
ihedioramma:Bro. Analysts at AFRINVEST who are one of the top investment houses in the country are advising their clients to sell the FBNH as shown in the attachment below. They place its intrinsic value at less than N4.5 despite the things we see and warns that it will loose more than 10% of its value in a jiffy. I saw all these b4 i decided and ported to dangoteflour. I have given Dangote a task . A return of N20m+ expected else i sack him.
|
ihedioramma:Brother in the lord. i have your sentiments but i have been in finance for too long to take chances. I advertised FBNH and would advertise it anyday. But we are not members of the board neither are we the auditors. Let me ask you 2 questions. What if information leaks that the worst is not over? What is the eps for 2nd quarter is not what you think? I speculate at times but over speculation kills. Gracias |
Bowlexzy:FROM THIS BOARD You LIE |
locodemy:I like your dream. Wont mind partnering with you to buy a bank in the future. Access comes to mind ![]() |
locodemy:You go build again |
locodemy: Eyaa. Dont worry. Your blessing is on the way. You are going to build a house this year and dedicate to FCMB. Me na FBNH colour |
locodemy:Locodemy, did i mention you? I was only warning the guy the this is not a thread for drivers or applicants. Moreover, you have never met me so you can never know if i am his mate or more? Truth is i suddenly just derived pleasure in sharing here. Felt i was cheating the house by gleaning information here and applying it to what i know. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE ANY MONIKER HERE OK? |
Chibuking81:Brother, i saw what you saw and sold my fbhn despite my serious recommendations of the stock to people. I even added money to buy off dangote flour at 4.30 yesterday. It will pay more than fbnh eventually and i dont want to blame myself despite my love for the big elephant. The executives were suppose to visit NSE this week to enlighten the house on what is coming but the shifted it because of the MRS visit to next week. Is it possible that dangote will allow a company whose share price contributes seriously to his wealth to remain at low price? Never! Instead, he will pay a N1 dividend half year to bring people in. The wise will understand. Gracias |
Bowlexzy:You get kolo o. You see were men dey make money to build house and employ you, you dey advert for driver there What happened to job/vacancies board ehn? |
Omo see profit taking for FBN o.
|
Positioned at dangote flour. Now waiting for their MGT's facts behind the figure visit to SEC next week. Hopefully, we will see some half year dividend. No more jijoing till july ![]() |
currentprice:Bro. There's something you will hear, you would rethink. I joined partly because of what was written in their finamcial statement and what was said at the AGM. But i now reasoned that OANDO said the same and pple got trapped. So its safer for me. |
nio68:No i wont. Made my one one year tb interest equivalent. Thats ok for this trade. |
