MOFA sef wants to extend my stay in Abuja. Submitted my PCC 9 Am and they gave 3pm for collection. I just pray I can meet up at UAE embassy. If UAE closes before 4pm na yawa for me.

According to those who got eligibility letter, they said you must attest it too at UAE embassy. So three documents for you to attest Bsc, PCC and Eligibility letter at UAE embassy. So go with 54,000.
I don't understand why UAE embassy is even attesting eligibility letter. UAE embassy just dey rip people off Nawaa for them.

Attestation: For those who don't have a place to stay or can't afford to lodge in Abuja hotel, Life hack >> sleep in the company bus terminal. Example Chisco, their terminal is spacious with long seats you can sleep on. Even ladies sleep there too. Toilet and bathroom also there. So check with the Company you are travelling with to know the facilities available in their Abuja terminal.

The PCC authentication firstly MOFA then UAE embassy Abuja.
You do not need Eligibility letter for Police character clearance. Eligibility letter is for Educational certificate authentication, that is those passing through Ministry of Education.
PCC has nothing to do with MOE.

For those who are planning to go for certificate attestation in Abuja:
I advise you to do that when your visa is out.
Reason being that when you get your Police character clearance PCC, you will still attest it in MOFA and UAE embassy, Abuja.

So to save you the energy, time and cost of transport, it is better when visa is out get the PCC and your certificates then go and do the attestation. Failure to do so then you will likely go to Abuja twice. Unless you want to attest by proxy.

Update 2:

For the PCC, state CID in your state is responsible for the issuance. If you don't know where state CID is in your state go to the closest police station in your area and ask them the address of state CID where you can do fingerprint.
The online application they don't even use it. So forget the online application.
Just go with your international passport, photocopy of the data page and one passport photograph.
For those in Abia state ,State CID, Umuagu at Umuahia they charge 20k for the issuance.
The biometric is not even digital, na ink finger printing grin

This our police got a long way to go.

What if you can't meet their additional requirements after paying the visa fee which is non refundable?

And the requirement for security deposit up to 5,500AED which is refunded after you exit UAE, are you willing to deposit such amount?

It took a month. I paid on 5th December and it was issued on 3rd January. I Received and printed it on 6thJan . Probably the holidays slowed it down but I don't know.

Update:

Certificate of good conduct which is Police Character clearance here in 9ja can be a applied online just like the tinted permit procedure.
Go to npf.gov.ng
Click on character clearance and register, note your application id.
Make sure you fill in what you can defend just incase.
Print the printout page
Take the printout to the police state command for Biometric capture in the state you reside no need travelling to another State.

Note: You need your NIMC number to fill the form

I just applied cuz I will likely be in UAE from Feb

If you get into UAE with tourist or visit visa with the intention of getting a work bro you need it. Unless you are going to look around UAE and come back after 3 months then you can go without it. You are on your own

This upcoming new law let's look into it a bit.

The Certificate of good conduct
For those that already have their visa like me and yet to enter UAE, rushing in to UAE to beat the dead line may not really be the best decision.
As it stands now 24 days is left before it comes into effect
Let us be realistic here, if 50 persons should enter UAE today, not all will get a job quickly enough before 4th February.

So if the date catches you and you don't have the certificate of good conduct then where in UAE will you get it from? Can you get it from Nigerian Embassy in Abu Dhabi?
Even if you get it from Nigeria Embassy can you attest it in MOFA UAE?

If the answer is No then every every should be done in Nigeria.
Now in Nigeria must it be issued by MOFA in Abuja? Or any other entity like state/Local Govt, Court etc.?
If it can be issued by other entity will you take it to MOFA Abuja for attestation before taking it to UAE embassy for final attestation or just directly to UAE embassy?

So guys let us reason for this matter on how best to go about it.

For those that have been contacting and disturbing me or anticipating to do so on how much I did my UAE 3months Visa and the agent who did it pls take note:
1. A travel agency did it for me @ 240k(price may have changed) 110k initial deposit and 130k when visa is out.
2. The person who introduced me to them charged me 20k
3. Total 260k
4. They asked for scanned copy data page
of my international passport and White background passport photo. When the visa came out they sent a guarantor form that will be filled by 2 guarantors in case you violate UAE visa regulations(over stay etc.) a fine of $2,200 will be paid by you or the guarantors.

Biko if you have your own agent/agency use him or them or look around for one.

But if you insist on contacting me for the agency you know what is involved.

It works I used it to confirm my Abu Dhabi issued visa
