Is neco accepted by German schools?? Really need answer on this

Hello everyone I’m new here I really wish to study in Belgium I have a waec and Toefl result please I want to know the required toefl score to study there and also the tuition fee is really affordable if yes how much will it cost me and how long does it take to process a visa
