It isn't magic. Most of those states had been PDP states since 1999 so the party is deeply rooted in them from the grassroots.That the APC presented a personality that had the political clout to win the gubernatorial poll doesn't mean PDP's strong hold in those states had been broken.
Take it a leave it, PDP remains the only truly nation-wide party that cuts across all the geopolitical zones with political maturity.

my guy, the truth be told pdp is good for nothing. i love agbaje i would have considered him but the moment i heard he has gone to pdp i know he is a "gonner" i would have prefer him in labour party or so but pdp forget it. though apc cannot be said to be perfect but they remain to prove us right or wrong ... time will tell, of course i pray they succeed because we need good times in Nigeria but for pdp they have proven them self can u imagine what Jonathan govt became a man we thought would perform (some like one of us not them) but end up behaving like them in govt its the pdp factor they change the character of the candidate to that of the party. in general i don't think you can divorce the candidate from the party

That's for you and Agbaje. In the case of Abia, I still stand by my words. Candidates comes first before party. Had it been Uche Samson Oga (USO) won the primaries under PDP, his victory at the polls won't be disputed. They're just tired of T.Odour Orji and anything that comes from him.
