Anyone who believes this clearly doesn't have a functional brain..if Wike wanted to kpai the guy he would have waited for dust to settle. I am very certain some bastards want to kill the guy so Nigeria can witness an uprising and then use that to launch or coup with military or through elections. Surely God still loves the country for not allowing this to happen. President should not take chances and should immediately have the army give this guy solid protection o.

As par court decisions, the abuja courts, and Ibadan courts are courts of coordinate jurisdiction
None is superior, pdp can rely on any to obey ,they chose to obey the one in Ibadan

You probably know better than Governors like Adeleke who refused to attend or the two out of 4 who attended and rejected the expulsion. Politics is not exactly hard when you follow guidelines. Why gamble on something when you can actually do it right? All they would have done was allow Nnwanyawu finish his last one month but no for whatever crazy reasons they had to suspend him because he said the letter they wrote to inec was forged.

The presence of INEC is not a requirement. All that was needed was for proper notice to be given to INEC. That has been done. If Amupitan's INEC couldn't make it, perhaps due to lack of transport, it is not on the party. Having said that, we have it on good authority that INEC is present at the convention.

How was INEC given notice please? Because any correspondence with INEC must be signed by Chairman and Secretary and Anyanwu denied every signing the letter that his signature was forged.

The court is not a place for emotions. I only pity Governor Adeleke.

I hope you know that the Federal and State High Courts are courts of coordinate jurisdiction in terms of hierarchy and neither is superior to the other. In the matter of jurisdiction which you raise, only a higher court (Court of Appeal first) can resolve a controversy of emerging disputes on contradictory rulings between them.

Federal agencies INEC inclusive cannot obey state high court...this is not state electoral commission. Meanwhile, by the time SC will give judgement, it would be too late for people like Gov Adeleke because by that time PDP can have another convention towards 2027 but for a governor Adeleke time to submit his name would have been over and you cannot be voted as a candidate by illegal delegates. We said this during Fubara Wike madness then you all said we are not smart, this is not and cannot ever end well for PDP. That's a fact.

The current exco are supposed to leave this month, why not let them leave in peace by suspending the secretary and causing unnecessary tension again. Isn't that clearly lack of strategy? Make it make sense please.

Just like in Osun, the Yes/No LGA chairmen of APC have now gone to court to seek extension of their tenure. I warned about this then

Time will tell. In all my years I have never heard this before. We all know all federal agencies can only obey the order of the federal High court. It's a primary 6 knowledge in law. Good for Justice Akintola anyways, I hope he's got his account full and he retires in peace but the damage Seyi and his co travelers will do to PDP will be insane but idiots will end up blaming Wike as usual.

Two wrongs don't make a right and you can't correct illegality with legality. I've never seen it heard anyone build without approval not in cities like Abuja or Lagos, you risk loosing that property. This shows the level of intellectual capacity of the man who led our naval for about 2 years. If Obasanjo and TY Danjuma could call Wike to find out what happened and yet didn't blame him, how would a Buratia who ordered over 400 people killed because his convoy was blocked or a Irabor who had no single impact at Chief of defense even open their stupid mouths and talk without facts.

He simply called the retired chief of navy a fool and that's very right because if you're not a fool, you wouldn't have bought land without checked the papers but because they probably stole defense budgets and needed to hide the loots fast they buy all manner of things they probably don't need.

This was exactly how the Fubara case played out when a Kangoro court gave Fubara victory in Rivers until SC dealt him a fatal blow. If Fubara had negotiated he would have had at least 50% control in Rivers now he doesn't even have 1% control again.

How can a judge give a judgment and another now giving an ex parte and you all think there's smart ness in this? Na Governor Adeleke I really blame pass. The matter go soon look like film trick because by the time SC rules on the matter, the convention would be scrapped and all the delegates who emmerge would be illegal hence time would make it too late for Adeleke to make any corrections. Quite disappointed at the charges against Kanu. So watery and bullshit. I thought govt has real case against him and was hoping he's gonna get convicted because personally I believe he instigated the Lagos riots. Even though security agencies shot at unarmed protesters which was the same thing they did to IPOB protesters before everything escalated. But these charges are watery and I think na even those who gave those orders should be facing charges instead.

Can't they do thorough investigation like linking him with finances of terror acts or something real solid and beyond reasonable doubt?.

If these charges are what they are spending 100m on everytime they take him to court, those approving those money suppose dey jail themselves

Majority of comments here certainly confirms my belief that many Nigerians are just educated illiterates. Mamdani is a socialist like the Buhari and Tinubu and co who always use Almajiri orientation of collecting from the rich to give the poor. Always blaming the rich for the problems of the poor and when you give people free money like the APC you kill their sense of productivity. Why should I even bother to work when I can get free money from govt?

Also, the poor are used to making terrible life choices like having more kids and always dying in prayers houses for miracle to see billions in their bank accounts without working for it, thinking they can mock God when bible clearly says; no food for a lazy man and work and pray.
