Just yesterday ECOWAS bank, an investment bank approved $100m funding for the road. There have also been many before now. FG only paid a fraction of what it would even eventually pay. Yes 30km is commissioned and completed but work is ongoing in almost 100km. Calabar and Uyo axis are also progressing well.
