Just yesterday ECOWAS bank, an investment bank approved $100m funding for the road. There have also been many before now. FG only paid a fraction of what it would even eventually pay. Yes 30km is commissioned and completed but work is ongoing in almost 100km. Calabar and Uyo axis are also progressing well. You'll first be ready to be objective and not be angry as positive news like normal obidients way to even get me to debate with you.
