Have you seen the fadama irrigation project executed by Israel in Kano, jigawa, Bauchi, Katsina, Borno and Yobe states? It's massive, year round farming continue in the above mentioned states.

Power supply to far rural areas and very good road networks.

They give their people juicy jobs in customs, immigration, FRSC, NDLEA, DSS etc.

They loot Nigeria but ensure that their own benefits from them whenever they are in power.
