What does the pain feel like? (Sharp? Dull? Achy?).

If you are female, at what point does the pain occur? (Beginning of intercourse or during deep penetration?). Do you get any bleeding or discharge? Where you previously treated for any STI?. Any Family or personal history of gynaecology problems?. Can you feel a lump in your genitals? Do you have an unexplained mass in your pelvic area?

If male, does the pain occur during ejaculation or no relation to it?. Do you suffer from hernia? . Any previous STI? . Any Abnormalities with your sperm or urine?. Any discharge?
Regarding your stomach pain, I would also need more information, there are few organs around the area you mentioned.

I am male, it does not occur during ejaculation but while thrusting especially very hard.

I dont have any discharge in my urine or cum.

Please i will be grateful if u help out.

Hi,
My advice will still remain the same as the one you attached. Every suspected STI needs full sexual health screen including taking swabs for gonorrhoea (especially to check for treatment resistance). Also from a medico-legal point of view, you would need to inform any other sexual partners and the need for them to be treated.
Regarding the urine issue with flow, you didn’t say how old you are ?. Could this be your prostate?. Things that point to prostate problems are poor flow, post void dribble, incontinence, hesitancy, increased frequency, blood in urine (haematuria).

I have never heard of such a case because the call to bar ceremony is divided into morning and afternoon session.

The lawyers called to bar in the morning are required to proceed to the Supreme Court that afternoon for enrollment. Those called to bar in the afternoon are required to go to the Supreme Court the next day for enrollment.

The enrollment at the Supreme Court affirms your status as a lawyer.

So i doubt anybody will travel down to Abuja for his call to bar ceremony and neglect the most important part which is enrollment.

Yes on the day of your call to bar as a lawyer, you are required to proceed to the Supreme Court to submit your credentials like your call to bar certificate etc.. After a few months you will be given a Supreme Court number.

It is a mandatory custom for all lawyers to enroll immediately after call to bar

yea are u asking about the self contain apartment consisting of a room, kitchen and toilet, if yes it goes for 350k but you may see for a lesser amount but it is very rare

But the average amount for a self contain apartment in yaba is 350k.

Adultery is not a criminal offence under the constitution or the Marriage Act. It is however a ground for divorce under the Matrimonial Causes Act and Marriage Act.

Marrying more than one woman under the Act is however a crime (bigamy)

But how exactly is this water? Is it coming out from the underground? If yes then the building is constructed below the natural ground level solution to this: tile your apartment and tell the tiller to fill up the sand to be tiled upon by 100mm thickness.

Is the water coming out from your apartment walls? If yes then get a bricklayer to dig around the exterior wall then do some casting to serve as a protective enforcement against water hitting directly on your apartment walls.

Is the water coming from the apartment pipping? If yes then I guess you must have a conduit pipping in your apartment. Solution : the plumber should break through those walls so as to discover the faulty pipe then fix it.

I really need your honest advice and opinion on the issue at hand.

I moved into a self contain apartment (ground floor) in Alagomeji, yaba early this year. I have been enjoying the place until late march when i noticed that water has been gathering in my room.

I contacted the owner of the house who then called a plumber to check it. The plumber was like the sink in the toilet was d problem. He fixed it but after some days the water started coming out again.

Another plumber was called, he said from what he can see he believes it is as a result of the swampy nature of the area( i stay close to Panti).

I really need suggestions and if possible solutions solve d issue.

The water is not much though but i dont want water in d room at all

My late uncle bought a 4 flat (3 bedroom) property from 1994, the land survey and building plain carries the name of the seller at that period. After acquiring the property, my late uncle later did the C of O in his name. There was an signed agreement between the then seller and my late uncle.
Now to the main issue, the late uncle's family resides in USA, his wife has given my Dad her consent to sell the property on her behalf.
Pls what's are the documents that will be needed to sell the property?
