2. Get your story straight, if your story doesn't sound believable to you, you won't be able to convince the VO.

It’s not a biggie issue, just take time and your airtime to call the embassy care, and/or email them with the error message snapshot.

I guess you still have the same passport number as before, reason the details are ‘marching’, if not; you should be fine. Anyhow sha, kindly do the above; like i said it’s not a big issue, so keep calm boss.

A few years ago when I was in the higher institution, a agency claimed that they have gotten approvals from my school to organise a trip for us to Washington DC. We applied for the visa and our interview was in batches. When the first set went for the interview they discovered that the consent of the head of my school was not obtained, so I didn't bother to go for my interview the next day.

Now after filling in my details on the CGI profile, I am getting a notification that my details matches with what they have on the database and the username of the information which is similar to mine is a different email address that does not belong to me neither do I have access to it (I believe the agent that applied for us then caused this).

The notification is requesting I transfer my current info to that profile but I am scared because I don't have access to that mail and neither does it belong to me.

Kindly assist with possible solutions.

They are mostly like:
VO: “Who is your Sponsor?”
You: He’s this and that

It’s even the way you, that would trigger the possible question of “Do you’ve his account statement” to show prove.

You now showing prove in like ‘3 ways’ might sound as if it’s not ‘really’ capable.

Why not try to make it just a SOA, if it seems later not possible go with the 3. But try to ‘table’ who your sponsor is very very well (package him) for them not to ask for his statements.

Flowing from this, do you think I also need to state that I have other relatives in the US when filling my DS160 form.
