Testimony2019: Hello house. Am about gettig into the pool. Please I need some clarifications . I want to ask if I will have to submit references from all places of employment stated on my Express entry profile both past and present. I have been working with my current employer for 6 years and I can get references easily there. However prior to this I worked in two banks for 2 and 4 years respectively. I have employment letters and promotion letters but getting reference might be cumbersome and I dont know if its required. want to know if it adds anything to my profile or I should delete it. 3 years work experience gives you the highest score so getting a reference from your current employer is the best as you only need reference letters for the work experience you claimed points for. Just add the other work experiences in your personal history post ita and you dont need references for them Secondly will the accompanying spouse submit reference letters?? Since your spouse work experience wont give you any points, there is no need adding their work experience. Just include them in their personal history post ita so no need for reference letter |

Wes evaluates bsc and cipm as two or more certificates. Good luck G4lady: Good day House, i am 27years and have Bsc and CIPM,my question is would WES evaluate them as two degree or should I not bother including CIPM. Because I heard even ICAN is not evaluated as a degree by WES. Please advice. Thanks |

Ruby06: Hello guys!
Can I claim two or more certificates with Bsc and CIMA? Yes you can
I need to boost my crs score and I'm wondering if CIMA is evaluated as one certificate; if yes, what levels do I need to complete to get a positive evaluation? Its presently being evaluated positively. You have to complete BA1-BA4 to get a certificate in business accounting
I'd also like to know if anyone has done this and was successful? People have used it successfully
Thanks in anticipation |

Woow. Congratulations Greatlady234: Hello everyone,so I got my PPR on June 14th (Yay!!!)and it's been very busy trying to sort things out in preparation but I have to give back to the place I got so much information from.
My NOC is 6332(Baker) self employed, I was worried because I researched and never saw anyone with that code. Am a qualified professional but that's where I could earn points. Basically, seen alot of people asking questions about bakers,I submitted as proof were
Tax clearance ( I have been paying my tax over the years as it's a requirement to get contracts with some established brands),
reference letters from old customers, new customers and suppliers,Some of them had commended me on social media for jobs I had done and added their social media links and phone numbers
Company( yes,I had an incorporated business) bank statements that showed transactions with those customers and suppliers ( I am also sole signatory to account)
Certificate of baker related trainings attended, CAC documents and Lagos state bakers association membership certificate ( forgot to add my membership ID card)
POF proof and my personal account statement
Overall I prayed and fasted
Please note that since I started the process I have been consistent in paying myself salary(2yrs no default even when business was tight),so this will reflect in my personal account.
*I also tried to have more regular posts on Instagram after AOR. They called my company line to make enquiries because my staff reported a foreign number +1.... Called and was asking questions about what we do,thank God he answered well( I pretended it wasn't relevant while he was talking but I was so happy he spoke well)
To everyone trying to use this NOC, I hope these points help. All the best !! Thank you to all that shared freely here |

Congratulations Raconteur14: It's been a long while I have been here. Decided to share my PPR story even though I didn't get it through express entry.
May 2017- Wrote IELTS for the first time and passed. (Just expired last week).
July 2017 - Got the result of my ECA assessment from WES.
July 2017 - Dived into the pool with a total score of 466.
August 2 2017 - Got an ITA as lowest CRS was 441.
August 9 2017- CRS was 433.
After due consultation on this forum, I realised I had wrongly put a certification that I had not assessed with my ECA. I was advised to remove the certification and revert to my 433 scores since it would be sufficient to get an ITA since the last draw on August 9 was 433.
August 23 2017- CRS was 434
September 6 2017- CRS was 435
September 14 2017- Celebrated my birthday and lost 6 points. My CRS dropped to 427
September 20 2017 - CRS was 433.
The rest as they say is history. CRS never dropped again to levels achieved in 2017.
I was sad, cursed my luck and was unhappy. I continued with my masters program in Unilag, hoping to finish by the end of 2018 so that I could get the extra 40 marks for masters. As I type this, while I am done with my course work, I'm yet to defend my project, talk less of results or certificate.
January 2019 - I got married to my girlfriend who was a PR.
January 2019 - I got a new job.
February 27 2019 - Submitted my sponsorship application (Average time of processing is one year)
March 2019- I did my biometrics.
May 16 2019- I got an e-mail that I was eligible for pre-arrival services.
May 16 2019- I got another e-mail to go and do my medicals. I was so excited about this that I was bubbling up and down. People usually do medicals 6 months or more after the application has been submitted.
May 16 2019- I got yet another e-mail from Accra Immigration notifying me that my Visa was ready. So is my COPR. I had just gotten the PPR email. I was behind myself with so much joy and I still can't believe it. But God did it.
I share this to encourage someone. Be patient, keep at it and God would bring your own testimony for you.
I couldn't keep up with the thread from Part 3 because my situation wasn't changing. I am pretty sure that people we started together then are well settled in Canada now. But I am just so glad that God showed up for me this way. It's only him! |

1) kindly highlight the Christian statement in my comment 2) how many times have you read the Quran to be sure I didn't quote it TWoods: It’s interesting how christian-sounding Nigerian Muslims have become. You’ve essentially quoted actual bible verses that are not found in the Koran. |
