I love my mum so much and she's my best friend. I have had issues with my dad severally cos of my mum. It was my mums attitude after I got married that changed the whole thing. I discovered that we gave her more attention than dad. Anytime we need to send money, we send to her. You know what sometimes she won't even tell my dad or when she informed him, he won't touch the money. One day, I decided to do the right thing, he is the head and should be accorded such respect and for the fact that they both labored to train us, they both need to be treated well. But still my mum eats more than my dad.
Of course there are mothers from HELL hence books like “Mommy Dearest”. But generally speaking... that’s why u have many songs like “Sweet Mother” and “Dear Mama” but none 4 dads. Most people would acknowledge their mom would give her life for them, even if they hate her (for whatever reason)

Of course the two cases are totally different. Disqualifications are common in politics, per Bayelsa. While in Imo the SC actually aided and abetted cheating and forgery and fraud and rigging!

I understand you are still young and still under parental care, hence you got enough time to feed your mind whatever amuses you. If you ever think JUJU gives a damn about you or one james randi verifying it then you should approach life from a different angle.
All I did was present FACTS. I never offered my own opinion. Infact I’ve always said I believe just about anything is possible in this our universe. But $1m is not chump change. All it would take to win it is use the famous invisible man juju, turn yourself invisible and keep slapping Randi till he believes!

A Typical JREF Million Dollar Challenge Test

A few minutes before 8 o’clock one Sunday evening last July, around 600 people crowded into the main conference hall of the South Point casino in Las Vegas, from as far away as South Africa and Japan. After taking their seats on red-velvet upholstered chairs, they chattered noisily as they awaited the start of the Million Dollar Challenge. When Fei Wang, a 32-year-old Chinese salesman, stepped onto the stage, they fell silent. Wang had a shaved head and steel-framed glasses. He wore a polo shirt, denim shorts and socks. He claimed to have a peculiar talent: from his right hand, he could transmit a mysterious force a distance of three feet, unhindered by wood, metal, plastic or cardboard. The energy, he said, could be felt by others as heat, pressure, magnetism or simply “an indescribable change.” Tonight, if he could demonstrate the existence of his ability under scientific test conditions, he stood to win $1 million.

The Million Dollar Challenge is offered by James Randi Educational Foundation (JREF), which holds the $1 million in bonds that back the challenge. For 60 years Randi has been offering up a cash reward to anyone who could demonstrate scientific evidence of paranormal activity, and no one had ever received a single penny.

Randi was presiding from the front row, a cane topped with a polished silver skull between his legs. He drummed his fingers on the table in front of him. The Challenge organizers had spent weeks negotiating with Wang and fine-tuning the protocol for the evening’s test. A succession of nine blindfolded subjects would come onstage and place their hands in a cardboard box. From behind a curtain, Wang would transmit his energy into the box. If the subjects could successfully detect Wang’s energy on eight out of nine occasions, the trial would confirm Wang’s psychic power. “I think he’ll get four or five,” Randi told me. “That’s my bet.”

The Challenge began with the solemnity of a murder trial. A young woman in a short black dress stood at the edge of the stage, preparing to mark down the results on a chart mounted on an easel. The first subject, a heavyset blond woman in flip-flops, stepped up and placed her hands in the box. After two minutes, she was followed by a second woman who had a blue streak in her hair and, like the first, looked mildly nonplused by the proceedings. Each failed to detect the mystic force. “Which means, at this point, we are done,” the M.C. announced. With two failures in a row, it was impossible for Wang to succeed. The Million Dollar Challenge was already over.

Stepping out from behind the curtain, Wang stood center stage, wearing an expression of numb shock, like a toddler who has just dropped his ice cream in the sand. He was at a loss to explain what had gone wrong; his tests with a paranormal society in Boston had all succeeded. Nothing could convince him that he didn’t possess supernatural powers. “This energy is mysterious,” he told the audience. “It is not God.” He said he would be back in a year, to try again.

The same INEC Ihedioha bribed to excluded APC vote so he can be declared victorious ?! I am sure you have no idea or knowledge on what you are commenting about but but thank God the Supreme Court gave victory to whom it is due rectifying INEC gaffe.
Do u ever step back and look at what u believe sir? Is Ihedioha richer than or have more access to INEC than Uzodinma or Rochas (Nwosu), who was in control of state money and machinery?? INEC gave clear snd compelling reasons why NO RESULTS WERE GENERATED from those units. Not only that, PDP won a re-run held in that same ”stronghold” not long ago, an area Hope gave himself 98% of the votes, with 150% turnouts. Not only that, Uche Nwosu is from same area, yet he got no votes according to Hope’s result sheets! Try to think sometimes sir.

Anyway, luckily, there are people who are paid to dig up and analyze this stuff. The following is from the actual summary of trial materials as presented in a major reputable newspaper. It answers all your questions.
Pay special attention to the bolded.
———————————————-

That Supreme Court Magic Judgment
This Day (Lagos) 17 FEBRUARY 2020

... According to summary of trial materials, no ward collation agent was called to show that at the collation center results were brought from the 388 polling units where the alleged exclusion took place...

The petitioner, rather called 28 polling unit agents who came to identify some of the results tendered by the petitioner from the bar. All the electoral documents were tendered from the bar and thus dumped on the court without anybody giving evidence correlating the contents of the result forms with the tabulation done by the petitioner himself.

Each of the 18 polling unit agents under cross-examination, manifested ignorance of the contents of the documents and never convinced anybody of being present in their claimed polling units...

Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had in their reply to the petition disowned those result sheets and averred emphatically that NO RESULTS WERE GENERATED from those polling units as elections in those polling units were cancelled by presiding officers as a result of violence, over voting, snatching of electoral materials, etc. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) stated that any result from those polling units presented by any of the candidates, in this case, the petitioners, must be fake.

When confronted with the purported result sheets tendered by the petitioners, each of the witnesses admitted as follows:
i. The names and signatures of the Presiding Officers are not well found on those results.
ii. The names and signatures of other party agents did not appear on the result sheets, neither could they mention even one party agent of the other political parties in those booths.
iii. The result sheets do not contain the total number of ballot papers used and number of ballot papers unused or invalid. The scores of political parties are not clear on the face of the documents.

Based on the above, it appears the Supreme Court was desperately working to an answer in favour of the ruling party... and the only opening to do that was to accept the fictitious results of the 388 polling units willy-nilly. And instead of doing substantial justice on the matter, it ended up delivering one of judiciary's greatest infamies which even a kid learning arithmetic can see through. The judgment turned logic on its head, rewrote the basic universal laws of arithmetic and did grave and substantial injury to our democracy and the power of the people to choose who governs them. With this judicial precedent, the Supreme Court has inevitably rubber-stamped political rascality and the judgment could shape our democratic future.

The court has widened the opening which politicians exploit and manipulate to get into elective offices. All one needs to do is to stay somewhere, maybe in one's room, probably with one policeman or so, write one's own results, submit to INEC for counting and if it refuses, don't worry, bid your time till you get to the court. With supreme arrogance, the final court of appeal will recognise the results as legitimate, credible and authentic and pronto, you will be declared duly elected.

...Even more perplexing was the fact that in some of the polling units, voter turnout was more than the registered voters. How is this possible?
In Uzodinma's result sheets, there was no voided vote and only two parties, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and APC participated and were reflected in the election results of the 388 polling units. Yet, 70 political parties participated in that election and were all reflected in the INEC declared results of other polling units all over the state.
..,Does it mean that other parties such as All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Action Alliance (AA), etc., did not participate in the election in those 388 polling units contrary to INEC's results in other areas of the state?
Why did the result sheets reflect only two parties when so many parties participated in the said election? Apparently, Senator Uzodinma concocted those results that fly in the face of the basic laws of arithmetic and common sense between the PDP and the APC after the fact that the PDP had won the election and he only scored his party a vote figure higher than the PDP vote. The corollary to that is that if it was any other party that was on the cusp of victory, Uzodinma's results would have been between just the APC and that party! Yet our almighty Supreme Court glossed over all these fundamental anomalies in Uzodinma's result sheets which had been rejected by even INEC... and accepted same as authentic.
A further assessment of the result sheets of the disputed 388 polling units showed that the said units are all in the Orlu Senatorial Zone where Uzodinma and the candidate of the Action Alliance Ugwumba Uche Nwosu come from. So even if the 388 polling units were concentrated mostly in Uzodinma's ancestral home, surely, Nwosu who emerged second in the March 9, 2019 election in Imo State and was backed by the incumbent governor at the time, Rochas Okorocha, his father in-law, must have amassed some votes from the units. But these votes were curiously missing, for the simple reason that they forged the results, and very badly at that.
Furthermore, Uzodinma of the APC scored an average of 98% of the total votes cast in the 388 units, whereas he scored an average of 13% in the remaining polling units in the state. How could this be? Why was it that it was only in these 388 units throughout the state that the voter turnout was either more than the registered voters or achieved 98 to 100 percent of the registered voters? Please note that emphasis is NOT on the number of accredited voters which is usually far less than the number of registered voters. Uzodinma's fake results validated by our Supreme Court defy reason. The pattern of the results from the disputed 388 polling units clearly shows the improbability of such an occurrence. And on the basis of the testimony of one policeman, and 28 discredited polling units' agents who gave contradictory statements at trial, the Supreme Court accepted the results.

In declaring Uzodinma governor of Imo State, the Supreme Court simply annulled a valid mandate freely given to an individual and transferred it to another person who came fourth in the election.

Actually sir, you’d seem to be the fool here.
All INEC personnel is appointed by the government in power (and therefore the ruling party) who also provides all their funding and also controls all state machinery and money. INEC is, therefore, controled by whichever party is in power. Yet someone managed to convince you that INEC is controlled by Ihedioha! That same INEC gave clear and convincing reasons why no results were generated from those polling units and swore under penalty of perjury that they never issued the Uzodinma documents, that they are fake!

It is obvious INEC leans towards APC. Case in point: they carefully made sure NOT to release final tally of votes - which would have made it obvious how ridiculous that judgment is and also show the SC as being wrong or compromised or both!

Drug War In Lagos Island by Kiddllc
When i was relocating to Lagos last year one of the reasons i opted for one of the estates in ajah/lekki was to avoid the past blowing up in my face... Now there are some communities and territories where we still have these frat menaces although they are a bit far from where i live but sometimes i get to use those routes. Now as i type over ten (10) souls have been lost. On Saturday alone about four nbm's were killed and their eyes plucked out. Last night to this morning a sec man was killed at a car wash where he went to wash his car to start this morning and another nmb drug dealer was killled also. Dont ask how i get info.. i have eyes and ears on the streets. Now these territories belongs to the two major frats nbm (blackk Ax) and sec (byrds). If u reside in a territory controlled by one and u belong to the other na u dem go take start counting ( those eyes plucked on Saturday ) If u stay in badoren, ado, Okira and all those axis where u still have indegenes i strongly advise u be careful how u move, where u hang out and who u roll with. I wonder why i haven't seen this in the news till now.. Its bloodier than I'm painting it and the killings are in broad day light. If u happen to stay in Eckins estate which is closer to these places be extra careful too because info is that the byrd that was dropped thia morning by some nbm boys is a big kill and the little boys who did the show ran into their home Eckins. So the war continues. The control of who sells what in various territories without crossing to the other territory.. We are watching...
