No true. They don’t ask for evidence of divorce b4 u can marry. In customary you can marry more than one wife without being guilty of bigamy. You don’t have to be divorced b4 customary marrying again

This is a lot of wrong info. For one thing, u don’t have to go to any court at all to dissolve a customary marriage. It is considered dissolved as soon as the man’s bride price is returned to him

You will not be given a wedding certificate from the federal government. You will just be given a paper DOCUMENT like birth certificate indicating that both of you live together as husband and wife....
