Good evening, this is actually my first post in this section of nairaland, and am.obviously very distressed at the moment.
A loved one of mine has been stooling blood for the past two years, added with inability to sleep properly at night (infact sleep is a luxury and a former history of low blood pressure. We have been treating ulcer and that has been the diagnosis always, and it seems to go away for a while, then maybe after cosumption of pepperish food, or slightly spicy food the blood returns in the stool.
Added to that waist pains are experienced a lot and it has affected other parts of the body at one time or the other, eg fingers, hands, eye etc, just hits on part of the body then goes. But my major concern is the blood stooling.

I did some research and hermorooids , rectal fissure and colon cancer came up.
I just need advice

last i heard, they were taken for upgrades in italy (Alenia), there were then rumors they were abandoned there

Madagali, Shuwa, Michika, Gulak and Baza towns in Adamawa State have fallen to Boko Haram insurgents again, SaharaReporters can report.

SaharaReporters learnt that Boko Haram fighters overran the towns on Monday evening in their droves, chanting "Allahu Akbar", and are currently advancing to Michika in a similar style to how they captured the area in August 2014.

Residents of Michika and Baza have all fled their homes, just as there is serious panic in Mubi, the hometown Jibrilla Bindow, Governor of the state, and Alex Badeh, the late former Chief of Defence Staff.

However, Brigadier General Muhammad Bello of the 23 brigade in Yola told our correspondent that troops of the 28 battalion were already engaging the terrorists in Shuwa town, Madagali Local Government area.

Business / Itb(infinity Traffic Boost ) Questions. by Cannonleo(m): 10:12pm On Jan 27, 2019
I recently joined the ITB platform via a friend who didnt give me a rundown of it.
Basically i have been trying to learn how to mine bitcoin with my pc,(i know its a forlon attempt with the existence of ASCII miners, but what can i do.

Then i stumbled upon ITB which is basically and ad surfing site that pays for viewing/surfing pages in bitcoin or other cryptos.

So i am asking is there anyone on this forum that has a better idea of this platform?

Is there a more profitable mining site that i could join that is secure and pay assure.

Nb i currently use honeyminer and cudominer

The source is usually reliable but this time his story sound more like fiction to me.
you disbelieve donkleruzio, that guy has been spot on for years even in the most mundane circumstances, prolly until some idiot gets a user manual and starts knocking platforms out of the air thats when you would realise there is no smoke without fire

Politics / Re: Young Soldiers Travel To Maiduguri In High Spirits To Battle Boko Haram. Photos by Cannonleo(m): 8:40pm On Jan 18, 2019
Most of you guys actually do not read,

They are not in the AOR-Battle theatre(Borno et al), they are moving from their respective bases to 7 div maiduguri hence the buses, when they get to the AOR, then you will see the MRAPs ,APCs and even the soft skinned hilux(my hate for them)

On the issue of standard ARM, the AK-47 is widely used for one thing and one thing alone, durability, it fires in anything, underwater, mud,in the rain with the lowest possible jam ratio as far as it is maintained. Yes there are Ak-74 , Ak-109, Berly Ak(which is in use by SF), Etc all variants of the AK family , the 47 series presents little challenges in use and maintenance and its cost effective while having a wonderful firing range and projectile area.
The truth is i am a lover of the AK but i think its time general Infantry is made a standard user of the Ak-74,

Other variants are in use with the army but the Ak is seen as a General Infantry assault rifle.
A little tweak here and there, a red dot sight, pistol grip added etc and your presented with a deadly rifle regardless of aesthetic value.

I know face value is important, but why did US troop drop their M-4s for AKs during the invasion of afghanistan simply, the heat jammed the M-4, after that experience the m-4 had to be upgraded to conform to the environment.

Long and short, aesthetics is important for photoshots but when bullets starts flying, its the durability of your head, hand and weapon that matters

BH was caught napping.
You actually could see some of the scum around the trucks .
At the end one of the scumbags is on the ground.
you know the only thing that came to my mind watching this in real time, i simply wished this ATR -42 ISR platform would morph into a C-130 spectre gunship, would you imagine the damage of having an offensive ISR platform while calling in co-ordinates for additional aircrafts would be just a hobby, so annoying we cant even obtain basic platforms and am drooling over a dream that would never come true.

I know alenia of Italy can modify the g22 as a gunship if am correct.

Just damn

Nothing wrong with bringing in mercenaries to train specialized units of the army. I think STTEP trained a special taskforce in 2014, that unit was very crucial to the famous 6 weeks offensive. I think they used South African made Reva MRAPs and were very feared. We haven't heard of them these past years.

We can replicate that on a more massive scale, what these guys need is proper training. Bring in the mercenaries, let them train for 8 months and then equip them, we will see results. But allowing mercenaries fight is what may not go down well with people, especially since this government wasn't in support of it when it was introduced. They will certainly be reluctant to call in mercenaries.

None of the operational aircrafts in the Nigerian Air Force fleet are equipped with radar and night vision instrumentation. The fact that they are claiming that the sorties were launched around 7pm makes me doubt this version. I do know for a fact that NAF missions are restricted to day tine due to technological disadvantages that I highlighted above.
nope all naf aircrafts use grippo radars and are capable of night combat including the obsolete A jets, most were upgraded in the last admin
