Maritee: A short version of my story, the main one is still coming o
NOC 2263: Health and Safety Officer (Claimed 1 year with a single employer)
CRS: 453, Masters degree *ITA* : 20 March *AOR* : 1 April *MEP* : 17 May *BIL* : 20 May Ghost Update: August 14 *PPR* : August 15, 3am(email dated 14 Aug, 21:59pm)
*VO* : CPC Ottawa
*FSW-O* Nigeria, Singly Single
Details: I know I had one ghost update after MEP and then one more in the morning before PPR and I just started jumping up and down the house I raised 2 CSEs; 1 was for addition of my new Intl. Passport and the other was to know my VO(of which I didn't understand their response ♀, all I know was that I sha saw Orrowa in the reply and took it as my VO). I also called them once when I clocked 3 months and the lady told me I was within the normal processing time and that I should be expecting the final decision in October/November ♀, and that my application was still within the case processing office in Canada, Ottawa. Anyways, her comments didn't get to me sha♀ as I sha knew I was getting the Visa whether they liked it or not. On August 7th, I decided to request for GCMS notes which hasn't come yet though and then in the morning of August 14th, I saw a ghost update on my profile and my background changed to we are processing, I was just jumping up and down the house . By 3am, I woke and saw the ready for Visa mail sitting politely in mail and I was in mild shock
Travel History - UK, last travel was in 2008 and so I was silent about it in my application . NO ADR I return all Glory to God coz he is the only one that could have done this I wish everyone waiting for this joyful mail a speedy PPR, thanks guys, you guys kept me motivated Congratulations on Ur PPR, We are coming right behind you |

Jennypharb1: It depends on where you go to get it stamped. The price of rice in transcorp will always be higher than the price of rice in mama put no matter how sweet the latter is. Try the business centres around high courts in your area. It shouldn't cost that much. What an analogy Thanks |

Who has an idea of now much a notary public will charge for a POF 's gift of deed. Someone told me it's 2.5 percent of the amount which is quite on the high side. |

So there has been conflicting views on how best to invest POF instead of just leaving it in the account. Which is the best amongst all these options. GTB fixed deposit, mutual funds and treasury bills. I just heard about renmoney investment too... Pls guru should shed more light on it and also shed more light on buying dollars too. All these financial terms are difficult to understand. |

nomad26: Sure, if the period you have worked with the company in total adds up to 3x365 days. You should separate the dates when you're filling your work history section e.g. DD/MM/2013-DD/MM/2014 XXY company, DD/MM/2016-DD/MM/2018 XXY company. Also make sure your work reference letter clearly states the two periods of employment. Thanks |

Canny19: I need clarification please, I started a job in 2013 and resigned in 2014 to go for my masters, I then returned to the job in 2016 after my masters degree and worked for an additional 2 years before leaving(2016-2018). Is it possible for me to claim 3 years work experience with it. Should my former boss write about my masters break in the job reference letter? Can I claim three years for this job, despite the fact that I went for masters in between? |

Canny19: Hello gurus,
I have a major problem at hand. I plan to marry my girl before diving into the pool but the problem is that my girl was once married until her former husband's demise. Now the problem is that she has been using her passport with her husband's name since then, her ielts is in her husband's name while her credentials is in her maiden name. Now she's thinking of correcting her passport so that it can bear her maiden name. The questions are 1. Won't this correction on her passport invalidate her ielts result? 2. Is it necessary to change her passport name back to her maiden name before we get married and jump into the pool? 3. I want to marry her asap, does she have to get a new passport bearing my name putting into consideration that the new name also will invalidate her ielts.
Gurus in the house come and see to this, I don't wanna leave her behind 3 More contributions please |
