waywardpikin:What is keep saying? I stated it once, when did I start repeating myself? Abi you think this is BvS, where fans were turning into broken records "see it for yourself, don't listen to critics"? I pointed out a fact that the film itself isn't deserving of the drop because it really doesn't. But, the other fact remains, this is a SM in its third iteration in a very relatively short time. The first Sam Raimi film isn't even 20 years old yet. |

waywardpikin:That's different, Transformers has always been a turn-off-your-brain franchise, with a director that never really wants to change the status quo. People probably got tired or haven't you noticed that fatigue is creeping in on reboots and long standing franchises? In fact the franchise that keeps surprising folks is the F&F one, it went from local illegal street racing to big time international heists, it's practically a superhero franchise now. Those speedsters have turned into military grade fighters. For crying out loud Tej owned a garage and hosted street races in 2F2F, we didn't see him hack even a traffic light, now he's a computer genius...and we are all fine with that. The F&F franchise stepped up its game so much that credible actresses - Helen Mirren & Charlize Theron - are willing to join the franchise. Geez, Helen Mirren actively campaigned for a part 'cause she enjoys the films. 1 Like |

That's a terrible drop. Maybe folks are tired of Spidey, since this is his 3rd iteration in a relatively short time. Word of mouth should have helped because it really isn't a bad movie, but that's indifference for you. 1 Like |

So source10able, instead of answering the question on that thread, you decided to quote it and make 2 new threads? |

I've no idea where in London this incident happened, but Davido is lucky he didn't catch one of those East London boys with their swords. I never even talk gun sef. You never see anything, mate. |

HyDef:I liked the concept as well, it can be quite the handful though if you don't pay attention. The second contract took me a long while to finish, I failed so many times I even got a trophy (one when you fail a contract 5 times), because I didn't notice that I could use another entrance to collect a body. Plus, some bodies will spawn at another position when you restart a contract. It is a simple stealth game that requires patience and some minor planning. You can't fight your enemies, you can only run, so trigger happy shooters, stare clear. Oh and I really love the game's soundtrack. I will probably get it, since I got the game for free. And here's the opening title sequence. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Oo7Sm3JgX4 1 Like |

AKBliv010:TVs might be going to the 4K trend, but their prices are certainly not user friendly, at least to the average console player. I honestly don't care for 4K, I'm not even big on the fps* talk sef, but I really like when someone is able to get their point across without being an a$$. *I never really notice it, until it becomes an issue - when it actually affects my gameplay or my enjoyment of the game. |

| Gaming › Re: Do You Need Games (console) And Games (cd Plates) ? by cao(mod): 1:16pm On Jul 07, 2017 |
CD plates? Weird...I always find it odd when folks call PS3/4 discs CDs...Since frankly, they are not Compact Discs, they're Blu-Rays. Granted, they're all discs, but a CD is NOT a BR nor is it a DVD (Digital Versatile/Video Disc) and it's obviously not a LD (Laserdisc). Quick History Lesson: PS1 games were on CDs (CD-ROMs). PS2 games were on CDs (CD-ROMs) & DVDs (DVD-ROMs). PS3/PS4 games were/are on Blu-Rays. I believe the Xbox followed a similar path from the PS2 era, since it came out then, but they didn't use BRs until the XO. I don't know if it's because I'm a stickler for these kinds of things, but the incorrect use of the different game disc terminologies on NL & elsewhere, has always bothered me. Oya, I don talk finish. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

SAMBHOSS:It didn't suck. They didn't do another origin story, no uncle Ben in sight. It almost feels like a John Hughes film, but with a superhero teen as the lead. They really got the Peter Parker & Spider-Man mix well. |
