I was already in my third year when I got to know their importance

I might have made a stronger 2:1 or even a first class if I had gained such knowledge in my first year..... From the time when I started reading with past questions, I never got below 4.2 gpa in any semester.


Past questions give one direction in reading, and most times lecturers recycle past questions, thus making the exam a bonanza if you have have previously perused such past questions

so u think I can still make First class now that my cgpa is 3.56?? about to start 200L in a five years course

I want to encourage everyone reading this to be positive and work harder.

My first GPA was 3.33 but graduated with 4.56 - Civil Engineering.

Your CGPA can increase steadily irrespective of how low it was at the beginning; also your CGPA shouldn't reduce.

With absolute help of God coupled with diligence and hard work, you will get to the top. Avoid unnecessary distractions, despite the fact that I was a key Exco in my fellowship for 3 sessions, I still made it up the ladder.

Actually 200level will prove tough but if u read ya book very well u will pass it in flying colours
After 200level other levels are just tasking as a normal engineering course would be
But 200lvwas crazy I had my lowest gp ever in 200level
Thank God now I'v boosted it to 2.1

First class is almost impossible but you can still achieve a strong second class upper division i.e 4 point. All the best dearie

i get ur point, all the branches do have a lot of calculations in them. Its a fact. Why i mentioned mechanical is that only them still do maths courses (frm maths department) up till final year and even masters (in my sch ABU zaria) and it remained an advantge to build cgpa for those that love maths to the extreme...thanks
