Please i need an advice on the next step i should take in life. I am a guy, 25 years of age and still living with my parents, though i am not jobless but recently my bank account just hit one million and 200 thousand naira.

So my parents are advising to buy a landed property in my home town that will take about 900 to 1 million naira. But the thing is that i am 25 and i feel at my age i should no longer be staying with my parents, so i want to rent a flat and furniture it to my taste, i feel it is time to move on, i need my freedom to finally face life like a man.

So my question is, should i purchase a landed property at 25 and continue living with my parents or pack out and start my Adult life. Note: i am not jobless".

Please what kind of job do you do please? I want to hit 2 million before I become 25. I'm 24 now.

Please, who should go for an MBA and why would one need an MBA?

I have my little freelancing business and my dream is to someday expand it and make it a company. Do I necessarily need an MBA to run my business?

Actually I stay with my sister, her husband, her baby and her husband's brother who is a year younger than me. We have been sleeping together for sometimes now. Am now 8 weeks pregnant.

I told him he said I should abort before people find out. We went to the hospital together to remove it but the money they are asking us is too much. Good evening everyone, I've been a guest for quite a while, created an account cause I need advice from the audience.

How long should an engagement ring be worn for? I've been engaged since last year May (dated for 4yrs), my Fiance hasn't talked about proceeding to do introduction or marriage, it's like he just proposed to me because he felt like.

This man has refused to be on his own, his Grandma and 5 siblings (younger and older) live with him and he takes responsibility for them all, two of his siblings living with him also have their partners living with them. It's only a 3 bedroom flat. I feel like quitting the whole thing cause I don't feel comfortable going to his house. When I do, he wants me to cook for everyone which gets me strained.

With the look of things, he has no plans of moving out for them cause he rented the apartment, neither do they have intentions of moving out on their own, it's more like a family house. My period is two days late and I'm scared to the marrow.

Please advice me on what to do cause I can't live with him if they're still there after marriage, he's not even talking about marriage, I've not asked him yet so as not to sound desperate but why propose if you don't have plans of doing the next thing after a max of 6 months?

Why not try hands on profession courses like Azure, Cisco, coding or anything about cloud. Certifications that could get you on board in the industry.
Like I said, it's your world.

thats why I created this thread, to have experts and experienced individuals advise me. Not like I have made up my mind already on what path to take.

yea, in my final days in school, I realised I had more passion and interest in tech, computers and information tech.

What makes you think you will have an edge after getting the MBA.

Research about the unemployed pool. Large percentage have it and still looking for any kind of job.

Get a job, gather experience and from there you can determine what master's you want to go for.

Trust me, the world is driving at what you can offer immediately which is experience.

I already have a job, although not with my engineering certificate or experience. I work with a design and print firm and earn salary in the range of 70-90k. So I just want to do my MSC as soon as I can cos I have siblings coming up I may have to cater for.

So guys, I'm a fresh graduate of chemical engineering from one of the prestigious public universities in the country. Was a bit disheartening for a very short while towards the end because I dropped from 2.1 and finished with a 2.2. But that's not the crux of this discussion.

I have a soft skill as a designer, from which I have been earning some changes for my upkeep. Now I intend to save up and run my masters next year, 2021, God willing. My problem is I'm a bit confused on what course to opt for in my Masters cos I intend to avoid chemical engineering like a plague.

I'm strongly considering an MBA( Business administration) since I intend to become a full time technopreneur and business man later in future or Msc Information technology.

What really potentially lucrative fields can an engineering graduate pick up for masters?

Please, I beseech you all experienced and witty engineers to come and advise this young man.
