gratiaeo: I have not forgotten Mbadinuju slogan 'it shall be well with Anambra State' until the whole state was crippled. Buhari have failed already and it's obvious Mbadinuju might not have done much well in Anambra state but I believe that positive utterance' it shall be well with Anambra "state brought forth its fruits,as we can see from all the great things happening in the state for some years now....it pays to speak life and positivity into everyone and everything. |

The problem is not increase in the price, but that every other thing runs on PMS,assuming we have stable electricity like in Ghana, who cares,if PMS sells for 200 naira? The price increase will affect every aspect of life as well. |

Bike guys when well tipped direct people well... Or that was my experience If your passport is well stamped, its better you stroll down, will cost you just 200 naira in naija side and 500 naira in Benin side, except it rains you can bike ,that's additional 300 bucks. |

Ugosample: But when the government officials are benefiting from it......
You expect them to act? These borders here are even nice, when you get to Elubo )Border between Ghana and CIV) Nigerian passports are opened with 10000CFA we pay the highest.
The border between Ghana and Burkina is another one
Anyways lemme not start talking much before painful memories start coming into my head. I feel your pain bro.....especially when you are been harrased to pay and you see French speaking ECOWAS citizens just brandishing that their yellow laminated national ID cards ,and walk thru majestically. |
Travel › Re: Extortion Of Nigerians At Seme Border by caprini1(op): 7:56am On May 10, 2016 |
Ugosample: Thank you very much.
When I used my passport to cross last year, they called it virgin passport even with the airport stamps and visa in it.
I protested and it was of no use. So I paid 3200 at two ends of the border plus health whatever (those guys that check immunisation cards) and passport control.
It was crazy.
So pls, is N500 and 600CFA for both sides of the border and Seme and Hillakondji? At seme, firstly you need to be very careful as construction work is on going at the border so both coming in and out is on the same lane,a lot of hoodlums disguising as officials abound...... you pay 200 naira in Nigeria side and 500 in Benin.at hilakondji. its still 300cfa each on both Benin and Togo side. |
