Even if your new and you want to attract customers by dropping price, let the difference in margin not be this much, else you end up losing customers you would have gained.

I've customers who even demanded to know my house before transacting with me.
And I've customers who didn't meet up with me but demanded that we do the transfer in batches.ie in batches of 50usd up till 700usd. Though most times after the first 3 batches are done we transact the rest at once cos there is now trust
