BitterPost:That's their own miracle. For some it's soap and bottle water. Las las, we will realize that na Oyinbo teach us how to scam and we will all go back to our local deities. |
Calamity Kamala |
Only him understand why! Who knows the bride fit don do him strong thing, just that he no fit call off the wedding at that late hour! |
Schlumeinstein:Isn't that what I was telling that foool? Are we not saying the same thing? Or you don't know which side I am? |
ngwaIgbo223:Dey Play! |
ngwaIgbo223:Everywhere is Igbo land! Even London and NY are Igbo lands. Dey play! |
Davoneskay:not-hate-nile-sick-tree-hate-stephen-nile-warn-nile-fore |
OwoukoUrua:So also are several northern states. |
DevilsEqual:Onne is in Rivers State. Rivers State and Delta are South-South and not South-East. |
CamelCase:Apologies Bro, I see you didn't read my previous messages where I gave detail solution to this blue screen termed BSOD!. I'm sorry my response was just general to the whole topic. |
helinues:Useless Hisbah that their state government collects tax from alcohol and beverages companies and yet they are banning the consumption of same within the state! Isn't their activities hypocritical? |
CamelCase:And I'm telling you, I don't fcukkn need UPS because it's still working and the cost price has been recovered within 6months of its extreme usage compared to DSTV subscription. This is where value for money comes into play. Why UPS for something that never gives me any issue? If you're an engineer, you will be familiar with the saying "Don't fix it, if it's not broken". Something is not broken in almost 15years of usage, now you're recommending UPS for it. To even make you sound ridiculous, it has worked it's money value within 6months of purchase. I still don't understand your reasoning cos I'm still using it for almost 15years now. Value for money is everything. I have gotten the value for its money within 6months, and it hasn't given me any issues almost 15years of extreme usage. Don't you think, even if it packs up now, the Presidents & PM's of this world should attend it's funeral? |
You have to give a threshold of the staff number so that companies and employers can know if they qualify. This is the problem I have with Nigeria. We just give half or little or no information out. |
CamelCase:If I have to save to buy UPS for something that has overworked it's money, then I'm not different from FG that's spending continuously to revamp a refinery that will never work. I've gotten my value for money in the very first 6months considering how much I would have paid DSTV premium subscription to get even just 5% of what my "never-say-die" Chuwi Larkbox is giving me for free. It really has worked it's money. If it packed up now. I will gladly invite you for it's befitting burial, while at the same time place an order for another one. Or go for the king of TV box, "Nvidia Shield" |
LagosPrince:I will tell you one fact today that will make you to give up on Nigerians. "Nigerians like to suffer and they deserve the kind of leaders they get" You see all these people protesting are still the ones that will collect #2000 from poli-thiefians come 2027! You will be surprised how quick they will forget they ever protested. |
CamelCase:I'm not saving anything. It's Chuwi Larkbox which I've been using for smart TV for over 10years now. Not using it to save anything other than to watch IPTV for free. If it will pack up, it would have done so considering the rough usage it has seen in over 10years...not to mention all the Big-bang-bros, Cummination and other illegal Super-repositories on it. It has actually worked it's money and it's still working superbly despite the blue screen coming up whenever it's abruptly or improperly shut down.
|
CamelCase:I think we are not both clear on what I'm describing, partly because I'm not a techie. I don't deliberately not shut down properly.....Sometimes, blackout from the electricity board abruptly switch off the system. And when next I power on the system, I get that screen which will require several "on and off" from the button to get out of it. |
CamelCase:I'm not a tech person. And I did say that's what I noticed and do with my PC whenever it comes up with that screen. And this happens on my screen like almost everytime I fail to shut down the system properly. If I was at home now, I would have forced activate that same page on my PC by not shutting down properly and do a remedy video as I've earlier described. It works 100/100 for me all the time. The keypoint here is he should always shutdown properly. I'm only experiencing this on windows 11 though. |
Marc3500:It will. Trust me. It happens to my PC like sunshine rising everyday whenever I did not shutdown properly. What he needs to do is to just keep pushing the power button on and off, after about 4 to 6 repeated on and off, a different page with those two options will come up. |
You will need to restart it several times to get out of that screen. Then a different screen will come up at a point with two options to select. (I can't recall those two options on top my head). But in any case, one of the options will take you to your normal home/desktop page while the other will keep coming back to this your current screen. Once you try the first option and it takes you back to this present screen, then you will know that the other option is what I'm referring to. Now back to your question, why is your PC showing that? What I've noticed is that when the system is not properly shutdown, that screen always comes up on my PC. So always shut down your PC correctly from the screen and not from the power off push-button or from the socket. |
Awon Ole everywhere! |

fxexperts:When I was applying for jobs in my days, I made sure I know every bit about the company, their worth and their capacity. You didn't do your home work before applying for a job. It's not your right to decide if a company reimburse you for a job that may not even be yours eventually. I simply don't know how people apply for jobs these days without knowing whether the company will pay for their transportation to'n'fro. What is bad is bad. We must collectively condemn the OP attitude. If he can't attend the interview, he shouldn't have applied for such job in the first place. And at best, he should have just ignored the email. This kind of person will send similar message to foreign potential employers and they will come to the generalisation that Nigerians are rude. It's his attitude that's totally wrong. We know things are not easy everywhere, but throwing your frustration everywhere will only cause more damage than imagined. |
Chai.... Barbados here I come. |
Jughead29:Ok noted. Kindly share the section of the law. And I will babble no more. |
IfnobeGod20:That should be his duty to research the company's requirement before applying to know if his personal situations, circumstances and conditions can afford him to comply or not. He cannot dictate how he wants the interview to be conducted for the company. The best thing for him is to apply for a job within his walking distance, and he won't have to be rude. I know there are fraustrated and "protesting" Nigerians everywhere now, but the company is not the cause of his problem. He knows where the company is located in relation to where he lives before he applied. |
Anytime I see or hear Bobrisky, it reminds me of I justices in Nigeria. |
Jughead29:For learning sake, could you pls share the section of the law? |
eDoctorr:They asked you come with your CV and writing materials. That's indicative enough that you need to be there physically. How do you advice they conduct a written exam on you if they so wish? Also, for some jobs, part of the interview process is them seeing your physique to be sure your statistics meet the requirements for the job. A good advice for you...."when next you applying for a job, apply for the ones within your walking distance having full consideration to your circumstances and conditions" Replying to a job offer in that manner shows you don't even deserve to get any job in any establishment. Your tone of response may be good for spare part trading or pepper selling! |
Imagine if the pilot too gets scared like them! |
Whenever they call such meetings, my heart beats for the protesters. I pray they don't come up with a decision to rain bullets on them. |
Racket will soon enter that one too. |
