As of today, Rivers does not have a running budget. If the governor spends a kobo of state funds without HOA appropriation, it is a legit impeachable offense.

I have seen several privately owned schools that are worse off government schools especially Primary and Secondary schools...
Most teachers are not qualified.
A teacher who teaches in nursery class is also asked to teach secondary school pupils and a whole lots of mess.

Prolly you should call it "Classic Private schools" compared to Government schools 😂

And there are also "classic government schools". I attended one.
