Considering current economic situations.. Times are hard.. Prices of goods keep shooting up therefore making it hard to save.. From personal experience.. I think ajor is the best way to save at work place or even among friends and families..speaking from experience.. It's much more difficult to save money by transferring it to another of your bank account because you may have need for money which is necessary but not life threatening and would therfore make you spend the savings you have.. But. When you do ajor, you find a way to curb.. And manage your wants.. Cos they are not needs and you have to wait for your turn before collecting your lump sum.. It also helps one to be financially disciplined and responsible because you have and must pay your ajor money on the agreed date therefore leaving you with little money to survive on till your next payday ...
