@mafiaguy, It depend on the school they applied to. Maybe they had lots of people applying to the same school that scored higher than them.I sored 65% and was admitted. Well you guys should give your best in the exam and leave the rest for God.

@all, if you use atm machine as suggested by mafiaguy in ghana, you will be charged N1000 for every withdrawal. I suggest the best to go to bureau de change in tudu park. I am not talking about abokis money changers but there is a corporate office where currencies are changed. when you are at Tudu, ask anybody to direct you, it is very close to the park.
Also the entrance registration is in accra poly in tudu.

@ redrumz Yes, student are allowed to work 25 hours per week. But it is not easy getting a job.

@nevachange To apply visit www.admissions.fi and apply. well the entrance exam is not written in nigeria but you can get schools that write in ghana (majority write in ghana). You just have about 21 day left to apply and for your documents to get to the school. So the earlier the better.

@bird200 what are you applying for. is it Bsc or Msc.
To apply for bsc go to www.admissions.fi and for msc go to www.universityadmissions.fi but i think the process is closed for the year for Msc.

@ogbeche77, you will need to include the schools so that ETS can send your score to them directly. they can only accept, if it is sent directly from ETS.

@Stiffler you can apply through www.admissions.fi . i think you have to look at these school, Kymenlaakso University of Applied Sciences, Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences, Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences, Central Ostrobothnia University of Applied Sciences, Oulu University of Applied Sciences. when you apply, write a letter stating that you are applying for discretionary admission and send to the schools you applied to with you SSCE  and a copy of ielts score. Hope this info helps. You can ask choose4me for additional info, he may have something to add.

@ stiffler the minimum english requirement to finland UAS is toefl 79 and ielts 6.0. your score is below that, but you can apply for discretionary admission and they may consider you with your score.

@uuche, it is not compusory to notarise it. just send it like that and include your application number.
