But really, why deny access? It's so annoying. Someone shows up at work in the morning smiling and hugging everyone, sits, grabs a cup of coffee and tries to log in. Next thing: "access denied" or "invalid user". Kaput! Isn't that a form of emotional abuse? By the time you try 5 times, you start shaking.

If actually that is true which I STRONGLY doubt, do you think the other senior and more experienced colleagues would just cross their legs and watch you outshine them. Why sack without prior notice happens your story need some revelations to enable us profer possible solutions
