Senegal is sending signals, Nigeria is responding... |

When is the falcon next game and against who...it is about to be a lovely run for lovers of international football and basketball,as June and July is packed with action..The falcons going for their 10th tittle, the d'tigress going for 7th total(5th in a row), the dtigers going for their 2nd possible tittle and U19 ladies (basketball) will be competing at the world stage.. |

Daninya33: The ladies playing RB and LB ain't good enough for first 11.
The midfield combo ain't balance too. ...the left back is particularly weak, and the Portuguese have realized that, hence pilling of pressure via the left. |

PDPGuy: It depends on how convincing she and the NBBF will be in making their argument that it would be worthwhile for Kiki to miss the first two weeks of the WNBA season, for the chance to win a first international trophy… ...Kone was not playing, however, she was on a roster, i see Musa’s case being exactly like that, especially being her first year in the W. I am not expecting her to go and dominate almost immediately...its a learning curve. |
Health › Re: Dandruff Is Driving Me Into Depression! by carbonado(m): 10:35pm On May 16, 2025 |
Love800: How can one cure dandruff?
Anytime i go to the salon to cut my hair, white stuffs is seen flying everywhere, like powder being blown by breeze! Inside the following week after the barbing, after a while when through with my bath, my head will be shinning all white with dry white flakes falling from my head. Maybe when my hair is now fully grown back, nobody notices the white stuff again. After sometime when i visit the salon again for an hair-cut, the problem continues again!
NOTE: i have tried many solutions but no one has been effective! How do i get it off my hair/head?
*File photo for illustration ....when you barb your hair, rub dettol on your scalp for few minutes before taking your bath, you might want to dilute the dettol before using on your scalp as it might sting..repeat this for a few day after barbing your hair, then repeat the process each time you barb your hair for sometime depending on how severe your dandruff is.. |

Danielnino00: This is amazing!
I hope she gets enough game time...
On the downside, she will most likely not be available for the afrobasket, but it's all good Really amazing, well, let us wait and see, if she gets enough playing time. I think she can show up for afrobasket is she wants too, remember Kone of Mali also plays in the W, she showed up for the afrobasket...so, let us wait and see.. |

MSGAMBLE9: Sad, can she be picked up by other WNBA teams or it's late...
Europe won't be bad sha as long as the team compete in Euroleague ...i think it is still possible to get picked by another team in the W, however, the chances might be slim. She is doing well in Europe, season just ended over there in France, if i am not mistaken. |

Our darling Amy got waived from the Suns,it's all good though,as this year has been brutal, the way talented players were getting waved left, right and center, the "W" needs to expand real quick and also possibly have a developmental league just like the G- league for the nba. |

GloriousGbola: this is not true.
i am paying 30k for my plates ....Morning, when and where did you get your plate, and what state did you get? |
Travel › Re: Lagos Installs Speed Limit Monitors, Imposes N50,000 Fine by carbonado(m): 10:24am On Mar 28, 2025 |
Cutezt: There is a reason why I got my Plates from far away Plateau State when the I can do it at a trekable distance from me here in Lagos.
Secondly, Lagos plate was at least 100k Plateau plate was 45k to wait for 1 week, and 50k for 24 hours.
Rates are less than 3 days old.
No better bargain for peace of mind.
BTW, 80km on 3MB needs to be adjusted, commercial busses are also exempted. What a country. ....Can you get other state plate while in Lagos or you have to travel down to get it? If you can get it in Lagos, how do you go about it? |

Deltamani: 24years Nigeria🇳🇬 SuperFalcons and Portland Thorns Right Back Nicole Payne sustained an ACL injury to her right knee
Nicole Payne sustained an ACL injury to her right knee during the match against Angel City FC at the Coachella Valley Invitational on February 16.
Morgan Weaver and Marie Muller are the other Portland Players on a Season ending Injury..
▪️Morgan Weaver suffered an injury to her right knee in January 2025, the same knee she had surgery on in May 2024.
▪️Marie Müller experienced an ACL injury to her right knee while on duty with the German Women’s National Team on February 19. In light of these injuries, Portland Thorns FC remains deeply committed to the health and well-being of its players. The club’s primary focus is to provide world-class care, recovery, and rehabilitation support for each athlete. The organization is fully behind Morgan, Nicole, and Marie as they begin their recovery journey, and we look forward to seeing them return to the pitch stronger than ever. ....that is so sad...chai..... |

lovewins: I saw this yesterday when Kenny posted it but decided against posting here as I at the time couldn't find a secondary source to corroborate this story. I apparently didn't find any cause I shortened her name in my search.
Really happy for her, and hope she makes the final roster. Hoping someone picks up Ezinne Kalu too. ...yeah,I get you, when Amy posted it,I just believed it had to be true, although I went to mercury's official page at the time and nothing was posted about it yet. Hopefully Amy and Ezinne gets a team. Training camps are not sure fire,we have had quite a number of d'tigress players sign for training camps in the past(Vicky, Elizabeth, I think Adaora not too sure and now Amy). What I want to hear,is signed for the season. |
