In my school(UNN) for you to pass/ get distinction, you've to give them what they give you. That's to say your slides are enough. Guyton and Sembu is just for further reading or gain more knowledge.

Here some lecturers come in with neither notes nor slides, just pour stuffs and go

For embryology, just search “Ninja nerd or (Nerd ninja) embryology” on your YouTube, it’ll show you his videos. For histology, I think it’s a bit east to read and understand. If you’re having a problem with it though, you could just search on YouTube. I never really watched videos on histology, so I won’t know.

With Iderbir Singh textbook I believe he'll be fine for histology

Hi Doctors
I had 267 in 2024 Jamb
Please do I stand a chance of getting Dental Surgery at Unimaid?
Am from Kwara State

Your possibilities are slim chief, Kwara is not a catchment.
2022 admission process saw those from the north taken as catchment, that why someone from kogi was given admission with 255, and a few others maybe they leveraged on the merging stuff, the case was different for 2023, non catchment didn't find it funny.

I don't know what 2024 holds but with the previous antecedence, your chances are quite slime.

Can you gamble

The interest rate too low.

Pigyvest has the highest interest rate you'll see around.

Mind you the aim of saving is to invest and for security.
Savings won't make you super rich so you won't see humongous interest rate.

And get yourself a pigyvest account (with pigyvest they'll automate your savings and make withdrawal difficult)

Or try fixed deposit, but pigyvest interest rate is higher than any bank interest rate

Sir go get yourself a pigyvest account and read financial books, they'll teach you frugality

please Chief of Defense Staff Gen Musa

Defend this nation called Nigeria from

the massive bloodshed that i see coming

take over right now and set a timeline to

return Nigeria to democracy in 4 years

so you can reorganize the judiciary

making sure Judges are very well paid -

create a system that makes the supreme

court of Nigeria decisions subject to review by

British Supreme Court of Justice - because

those evil politicians we can’t convict in Nigeria

gets convicted by the British courts —

Please Ensure Rotational Presidency of

5 years single term - for all 5 geopolitical

zones to be codified into law to promote

inclusivity - let’s see if a zone will present

and promote the worst of their kind to

take their slot at the presidency.

Yes - furthermore abolish immunity for

serving political service holders when there

are weighty allegations of corruption with

unshakable evidence - please reform the

police and let States handle their own police

and electoral commission which should be

elected by the people of each state —

Strengthen the institutions by making it

impossible for presidents to appoint

people to serve in certain sensitive

institutions like Judiciary- INEC, Police iG

and make voting process devoid of human

contact - so we can all vote like we are using

our ATM cards slot it into a machine - put our

PIN codes - cast our votes and go home while

the system records it in real time and publish

to the world —-//// please this is the ONLY

way forward - i know you dan do it all in

4 years and 99.999% of Nigerians will

support you and you will be greater than

Azikiwe - Awolowo and Ahmadu Bello

combined because we are fighting for

independence from state capture. by

Do not know much about it. She needs to take a decision if to accept or reject it. Must students just know about Medicine and Pharmacy and then a little about Optometry.

Radiography
Physiotherapy
MLS

These are all professional medical courses too.

Thanks for your insights.

She is a girl. Unimaid is too far. The parents are in Lagos. They were even crictised for wanting to send her to Edo. Maiduguri is a no for them. Too much insecurity to suddenly throw a 16year old girl who has never left Lagos into. The 250k is not an issue.

Alright chief.
I understand the plight here though.

Thanks.

I will consider all your suggestions. She got 299 in JAMB this year. Uniben PUTME was chaotic on the first day that Medical Students wrote. That was what affected her. Those scheduled for 12:30pm could not write till around 6pm. Some students fainted while waiting with all the sun blazing with no place to sit and had to be taken away by ambulance.
