sokoh400: This is the pertinent question, after an explicit directive by the Ministry of Education not to milk parents of their hard earned money, Delsu (Vice Chancellor) still collected 5,000 per candidate. make that 6,000. there was another 1000 naira bank charge. |

ziddy: Tell the man immediately. Don't tell anyone else but the man, who knows if he's aware already.
The consequences of a woman cheating on her husband go beyond the sexual act. What if she passes off another man's child as her hubby's? That's why they say the child belongs to its mother (Iya l'o l'omo) because only a woman is absolutely sure of the blood tie between herself and her child. A man usually needs a dna test to be certain.
One of the worst tragedies that can befall any man on this earth is to raise another man's child unwittingly as his own. I don't care if a woman cheats on me because I learnt a long time ago that all women cheat given the right set of incentives e.g money, sex etc so I don't do love/trust where woman issues are concerned. Just don't bring another man's kid for me to raise.
Women are evil creatures. Baba! May your days be long and fruitful. |

cococandy: OP sorry I've an opinion but I'll keep it to myself because it's possible that like most Nigerians you're a 'possible' shameless hypocrite.
If you saw your uncle in a guest house with a woman not his wife, would you come here to ask us what to do? Wouldn't you be preaching to his wife (if she finds out) that no marriage is without problem. She should ensure, pray for him, try to win his heart back, be more submissive and the host of the asinine things you folks remember when a man cheats on his wife.
Not holding brief for his wife but we are tired of the hypocrisy bro. Get caught cheating on your husband anywhere in the world and see if its not the same consequences. |

mikkypel: If an Urhobo woman dies in her husband's land, let her be buried there biko... The husband owns the woman after marriage In some cases - at the insistence of her immediate family (i.e children) or due to some other factors- the woman can be buried at her husband's place, else it is our culture and i don't see anything wrong about it. After all marriage is " till death do us part". @Ochallo, urhobos are not troublesome and everyone in Nigeria know these for a fact, we don't tax people for burying their loved ones, if you did not pay a bride price then you don't expect anyone to recognize you as an in-law or expect anyone to welcome you as such. |

chrisblack: what is left to feel than what we are already feeling.bulk of what we earn from oil now is from deep offshore that is very difficult to attack.so if the govt decides to give out the odi treatment it easy.majority of this guys believe militancy is the easiest way to make money. Let's get this fact average man from this region is lazy.two things they hold dear is sex and booze.they have seen militancy as an avenue for quick money even if u negotiate with them they will still repeat this over again.that is why u don't negotiate with terrorist.the amnesty was a mistake. It always emboldened terrorist especially when in the process you allowed them to think they have an upper hand.even if there would be negotiations. FG should do this only after they have given the terrorist a very serious and painful blow.this would create a sense of understanding that the govt in all its might is powerful.buhari should triple the military effect and let them feel what govt is capable. 4 out of the Chinese attack drone asset from our fleet should be moved to the delta.more naval and military asset too.i know in couple of days Nigeria and the delta will feel this. "the average man from this region is lazy? " how dare you say that! After they have been marginalized and their God given resources exploited with absolutely no benefit to them. Their ecosystem extremely polluted that they can't even farm or fish on their land. Yet you dare call them lazy and terrorists. Because they are now enlightened and emboldened to fight for their rights and the future of their children. Let me tell you, a thousand Chinese drones can't stop them cos until there is no soul left in the Niger Delta we will continue to fight for our emancipation from this strangling enclave called Nigeria. |

Saraki is not the reason prices of food has gone up, he's not the reason fuel is scarce and he's not the reason darkness has taken over NEPA.
What's the fuss about him and why the noise about his case? God Bless you for typing my mind. |

bloodyBLOGGER: why would anyone want to make Nigerians go through pains by shutting down fuel supply just cos they want GEJ out, a man that had already being voted out?
cc lalasticlala there's a debate going on here o! Marketers were uncertain if subsidy would be paid by the incoming administration hence the scarcity as they were not willing to import new products or disburse the ones they had. it was not a failure of Jonathan's administration. I still hate his administration though, but fuel scarcity at the tail end (few days) of his administration should not be compared to this. |
