I say this without hate but the more you look at this effed up place the more you realise everything is fake/false/hollow or a scam! If you rent any of those homes you'll end up installing your own plumbing! Btw, piped water is still unavailable so you'd need your own borehole anyway! The rent seems cheap but add that cost.
