if A becomes a director at 38 years and B becomes a director at 50, A will have to retire from civil service at 46 instead of 60 years just because he was more successful at a younger age. This will only encourage mediocrity and limiting people's careers.

It is very unlikely to become a director at 38

Good evening Nairalanders,
I haven't had medical check up in a while so today I decided to take advantage of today's HEALTH SUNDAY in church to check my vital signs.
The numbers were 120/90. To the best of my knowledge, I have had a change of lifestyle ranging from low salt intake to zero consumption on alcohol and lite exercises.
To the medical experts here, I'd like to know what the blood pressure numbers of 120/90 indicates.

The slave trade portrayed blacks as servants and 'inferior humans'. The dark memory is still there.

I got admission at 16, I was young.
God knows my parents tried their best (they still are), but the lure Owerri had on a naive young boy like me was too much to ignore.
I also suffer from ADHD

I finished in 2016, I would be rounding up service by next month (I would be 27)

I still believe that degree is not for me, i am currently an undergraduate at NOUN, studying criminology.

I gym now as it helps me focus (it's what works for me!)

I hope life gives me just one more chance sha..

About the tech industry, how legit is alx-africa?
I've been hearing about them...

I didn't finish my virtual assistant program due to data and financial constraints.
