The current chairman is the LGA is an Igala man too.

Aside Anambra, Igala people are also in Enugu state.

It seems Igala is the only Pan-Nigerian language. They're related to Yoruba(SW), they're in the Southeast and have some cultural and traditional relationship with the Igbo, they're in the South-south(Edo and Delta) and they're in the north.

SW is the most religious-tolerant region in Nigeria. How can you not advise him to go there, but chose the east as part of the options of place for him? I heard they use baking powder to fix it. A friend did that in my house. It happened that I used 24,000 to sponsor a soup-cooking project through my sister-in-law, unlike you, I don't know how to cook - Omo, na so I just got back from work and found the soup looking angry and showing signs of "about-to-go-bad". The anger in me had me thinking of washing it away, then a friend stopped me and used baking powder to remedy it. Not fresh, but not bad. That rage no even let me eat am again.
