sammydemperor: Wow ... That was really out of the box
I like the way you think, but the problem is that our president has traveled again, he's on a nuclear vacation, xo anything sports related is off his tabs the minister of sports and those at glass house should do the job they were employed to do. BUHARI can't do their job for them. |

sammydemperor: On a second note... What if they cannot qualify for play offs, because Tanzania may play another draw with them and even the chadians may draw them too
Besides CAF wouldn't even allow a return... But we have the luxury of imagination still CAF knows the importance of having a country like Nigeria at the tournament. If chad decides to come back maybe give the reason that they can't pay the fine and have found another way of funding the remaining qualifiers, they should be considered and 're-integrated ' into the qualifiers. If there's any article of CAF that for forbids that , just let me know pls. |

hifaif1: No, we can't afford to play big brother at this time when we ourselves need all the money we can get. Not even especially over a football tourney that won't hurt lives unnecessarily. you don't want to acknowledge the importance "sense of unity" we enjoy across the nation when we play international football matches. hifaif1: And again, what is the assurance that we would even finish second best? If we don't try we can't know the outcome. We shouldn't pre-empt the outcome- it's a 2-way thing. |

I was impressed with the play, I used this to console myself, but was angry that siasia had to play a lone striker(Ighalo) in a game we needed to win badly.
I'm a true Nigerian, and I feel the probing pain through my heart due to our failure to qualify for the tournament consecutively; the ouster of super eagle or the failure to qualify for the tournament back-to-back is a dent on our image as an "African football house". We were hendecasyllabic in players just like the Egyptians, but we were not focused in the first-leg.
Comme ci , comme ca , they had a good play, unfortunately, they lost.
The Chadians withdrew from the qualifiers due to lack of funds to prosecute their remaining games in the qualifications. This decision by the Chadians puts us in the outright position of 'non-qualification' (permit me to put it this way) having lost to Egypt yestetday.
My question is, can we get the Chadians to rescind their decision if we take up the responsibility of funding their remaining matches and paying their players allowance? as this could still give our second place position in the group the needed value of qualifying us.
NB: I know we find it hard to pay our players and coaches , but trust Nigeria/Nigerians in a situation like this; we can play the big brother to our neighbors especially when we are going to benefit from them( e.g multinational task force , ceding of bakassi peninsula to cameroon , etc). |

LEGITLAYO: May God in his infinite mercy never allow me or any of my loved ones be at the wrong place at the wrong time.... I'm damn sure some of the occupants know nothing about the ammunition found in the vehicle... . There's virtually no way they can prove that they're innocent... Just imagining the torture they'll go through gives me the creeps do cars that carry casket or corpse pick passengers by the road? People now board vehicle with casket without actually being relations of the deceased? They know everything about what was in that casket. |

omenka: Dude, you for try post the whole story here.
Modify:
Just read the entire article and I'm really speechless as to the revelations therein. Frankly, when one reads about the malfeasanse of some of these public officers, one can't help but wonder if they're possessed with a thousand demons! Like hell, why are they so heartless?? Why would you wanna deny a civil servant promotion due them?? How does promoting someone adversely affect your own life as the boss of an establishment?? I just don't get it.
With the weight of the evidence against the man and the ease with which witnesses can be secured (given the number of complainants from the establishment itself), it shouldn't be tall order nailing this particular crook and his criminal "sidekick".
Such unbridled access to slush funds are the reason these public officers throw such big parties/thanksgiving when given appointments. They know "it is their turn to chop" and do so with reckless abandon.
With this damning report, the EFCC should immediately swing into action and ensure they nail the criminal.
What a disgrace he is to the Awos. huh? E serious like that? Make I read the article first. |
