It was a Black Saturday in Akwa Ibom State today as Reigners Bible Church structure collapsed in Uyo during the ordination service of Bishop Akan Weeks. According to reports, scores of congregants died with many injured after the Church building tragedy...

The News Agency of Nigeria quoted rescuers as saying that over 60 victims had been removed from the debris.

The Reigners Bible Church, located along Uyo Village Road, was filled to capacity as its pastor was being consecrated as a Bishop, when the tragedy occurred.

Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom, who was the special guest of honour at the event and other escaped unhurt by not arriving on time at the church programme.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the Reigners Bible Church International building, situated on Uyo Village Road, was still under construction when it collapsed. A witness told NAN that the building collapsed 30 minutes after the governor arrived.

According to reports filtering in from Akwa Ibom, the foundation building of a popular church in Uyo, Reigners Bible Church located at Uyo Village road, off Barrack road collapsed today while a church event was ongoing there. The incident reportedly left many congregants injured.

According to reports making the rounds online, this lady and her child have been in detention since 2015 facing treasonable felony for protesting the detention of leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.

This lady and her child has been in detention since 2015 facing treasonable felony for protesting the illegal detention of Nnamdi Kanu. I got information of her plight this evening and couldn't hold myself . We must bring her plight to the attention of the world . For me Emeka Gift, I will not sleep tonight until every human right organisation in the world gets this information. Nigeria is a lawless country ,so sad .

A commercial driver shocked passengers after bringing out his p*nis and started robbing it while people were aboard his bus. This story was shared by a female eyewitness. She wrote:

"So today I boarded a bus from Ojota going to Oshodi - Maryland. The bus took quite sometime to get filled up with people. .

I sat in the front so I was beginning to get uncomfortable waiting for the bus to get filled up then I told the driver I want to get down. He begged me not to, so I sat down.

Few minutes later, he started scratching his groin then before I knew anything, he just brought it out in the open and started rubbing it (Buh he wasn't masturbating).

You needed to have seen the expression on my face at first I was scared, I just brought my earpiece out and started listening to music on my phone he kept on looking at me the session lasted for about 20min. I just sha managed to take a picture of it."

This is very sad. According to an online reporter, this little girl was killed tragically by a tipper on her way to school this morning. The unfortunate incident happened along Ogbemudia express road Oleh in Delta State. May her soul rest in peace.
